The teams are efficient and do good work. They are competitively priced. The only issue (that is common with all the landscapers I have ever had) is that they are not too careful about cutting irrigation drip lines that are close to the shrubs. As I repair them, I've started putting the lines inside a thick plastic hose for protection.

Awesome, from the estimate, contact with office on estimate and all communications in regards to this task were handled in a professional manner. The employees who came out to do the work were very pleasant, knew what they were needing to do, got the job done!

Very disappointed in the approach of working to resolve an irrigation issue. Assumptions and avoidance is what I experienced. I asked for phone calls and the owner to put eyes on what we discovered on our own was the problem. Instead we were asked to pay more to do what they thought was a fix when it was a simple case of do some work to find out what was going on and fix it. Instead I received nothing but excuses on why I was wrong and they were right when all of their information was off of memory and not documented. All I was expecting was to take a little effort into figuring it out and they would have seen it was impossible to have a working system when both pipes were capped at the end. Problem solved.

I apologized several times for the delay in between responses, as you know I am usually very quick to respond but recently have had to be in the field and to of the office due to training of new employees. I was very honest and upfront with you. I did not ask you to pay more and I did not charge you for the irrigation work done in your back yard, It was done as a courtesy when we installed your pavers. I only I gave you a quote for additional work and at no time did you pay $350 for any irrigation work with my company. I am sorry we obviously cannot resolve this issue and you weren't able to allow me the time to get an appointment scheduled and already hired someone else to do the irrigation work you requested. I also apologize again for the delay in my responses in the office recently, Brandi is still new in the office and doesn't have the knowledge on irrigation so it was definitely delayed communication gaps during our correspondence,"

Horrible. The crew that trimmed the tree on 122nd. Ave, was the most inconsiderate and rude bunch of employees I have ever seen employed by an A+ company. The employee not only yelled in my face for not understanding what he was doing, but he yelled at my wife as well and made threatening gestures with his chainsaw at my son, and then blew debris all over my children while they were outside playing in my back yard. I cannot and will not ever use nor recommend CWCLandcaping ever in my life. I expect an apology. His lack of interpersonal skills and incessant need to bully his way into my back yard was absolutely uncalled for.

"Dear sir, we did not trim your tree and you are not a client of ours. You did not hire us, you were upset we were trimming the next door tree and didn't want us to cut the canopy out of your yard. We were hired by the owner of the home to trim THEIR tree and we trimmed as much as we could for proper trimming of the tree without taking the canopy/shade out of your yard. We respectfully obliged your request as I spoke with your wife on the phone. Maybe the owner should send you the bill if you think this is your tree and you are claiming we trimmed your tree. Again you did not hire us and it is not your tree."

Great. Weeds were growing rapidly and CWC did an excellent job trimming them down, hauling away the trimmings, and spraying the remaining stubs.

Very Well. They did show up an hour early, which would not have been a problem, but it was at 0700 on a Saturday morning. I had explicitly requested they come at 0800 due to my neighbors wanting to sleep in. They said sure for an 0800 appointment. I was not even out of bed and they ring my bell and start yard equipment (chain saw, blower, etc) at 0700! No, my neighbors were not happy and they told me they WERE waken up at 0700 on a Saturday! My poor dog did not even make it outside before the workers were in the back yard with the gates open!

The initial evaluation by owner Mark was on point and insightful. As a newcomer to dessert landscaping he was very helpful in explaining to me which plants would thrive and those that would struggle. While doing the preliminary evaluation he fixed several drip lines that weren't operating correctly. When the work began (on time) his crew, led by J.T., was extremely professional, amicable and courteous. They continually offered to assist in ways that were not directly part of their responsibilities. I will recommend CWC to anyone looking for a first rate landscaping design and/or maintenance company.
