Yusuf came on time and he tried his best to fix my issue with my printer, but it turned out that it was so old that it could not be salvaged. He was courteous and seemed to try many different ways to try and get the printer to work but ultimately I need to get a new one.

The Pro was excellent. He came right in, took my cell phone, sat down and started working on it.
He kept working on it until he was done. It
was a 3.5 hour job. He explained to me, that there are many scams, And that just because a program is telling you, your memory is filled up,
isn't necessarily true. I have a problem with this and I push buttons, thinking I am fixing something. I actually create more problems.
My Pro told me he could provide an Anti-virus program for me, so I don't have to try and find one. That took care of everything. The Pro was actually very patient with me, which is tough to
achieve! He was very intelligent and knew what needed to be done. His prices were very reasonable as well.
