Purchase the special on June 8, 2017. I never received a phone call from the company to make an appointment. I had to call them personally and make the appointment. Made an appointment with John, for July 10 on a Monday, between the hours of 10 am - 12 pm and on that day nobody showed. I called John, who I'm assuming is the manager, owner or head technician stated that they had a new administrative employee working the appointments and something must of gone wrong with the scheduling. I had to reschedule my appointment for July 24, Monday, between the hours of 10 am - 12 pm. The day of service, I called John and confirmed that the technician was coming and John stated yes he was, Russell, and he should be there by 1130. 1130 came and went and no technician. I received a phone call from John, apologizing for the inconvenience and stated that the tech would be at my home at 1230. Russell, arrived at my home for service at 1:00 pm. Apologizing for his lateness due to traffic conditions. Russell was very nice and apologetic. After the service was completed my entire house was filled with dust and other particles from the cleaning. Leaving me to clean afterwards. I was under the impression that cleaning the vents would include a more detail clean where the actual vents inside get cleaned? I've seen on youtube videos from other cleaning companies that duct and vent cleaning involve a actually vacuum where they scrub and vacuum all of the vents inside and out and its dust free? Not in this particular case as I am still cleaning my home. Russell never even once offered to vaccum the mess. Nor did he come equipped with a vacuum, a step stool, or ladder as I had to provide him with one from my home. Overall, Russell was very nice and knowledgeable but the overall service was poor and not what I was expecting. John seemed to be not very prepared with appointments or followups. Not a very good impression and not very professional. I would highly not recommend this company or service to anyone and strongly discourage anyone from buying there services from Angie's List.

The only negative was the Tech arrived later than the 2 hour window. However, I did receive a call advising me the Tech was running behind schedule. When Russell arrived, he apologized for being late. Russell was friendly, polite and very professional. He provided great service. I Would use this company again.

Very well! Russell did a great job! He explained everything he was doing and was efficient and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him, and will definitely hire him again!

The cleaning went quickly and was done professionally. The technician was running about 20 minutes late, but the office called over an hour ahead to let me know as a courtesy, which was appreciated. When I first made the appointment, I had asked that the tech bring booties, but he did not have any when he arrived. He did wear the booties that I had on hand.

Excellent and reasonable price

A hose (the kind you use to put air in your tires) was connected to an air compressor, then air was blown into the air vents with an air chuck. nothing was inserted deep into the ducts and vacumed as done with previous companies. The young man doing the service was nice & polite, and when i questioned him about the not very effective process he told me that a lot of customers question the same about the process. It's really a waste of time. dust & debris just gets blown around. Never again. i think i'm done with angles list.

Beware!! I'm looking at suing Cyril to get my $ back since they won't refund me for duct cleaning. They didn't perform it properly, left both main stacks full of dirt and ignored my requests to either get refunded or have it fixed. Take a look at the pictures...
