Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When talking on the phone, they suggested full maintenance for my dryer that was making loud noises. They were transparent about potential costs for everything. When the technician came, he figured out the issue quickly and thought full maintenance wasn't really required. I wound up with a bill lower than I expected, since he only charged their labor fee minimum. I also wound up with a working dryer and new repairman in my address book. Thanks Dayan's!
