Trejo

We strongly recommend that homeowners do not use Trejo LLC. We had hired this contractor previously and received good work, so we trusted them again. We hired them to repair several cracks in a textured drywall ceiling and specifically agreed that the repairs would be left at a Level 4 finish so we could apply knockdown texture and paint. Instead, drywall tape and a skim coat were applied over the cracks, leaving visible humps in the ceiling. We immediately explained that texturing would make the defects even more noticeable. Christopher Gonzalez acknowledged the issue and promised to return to sand and correct the work. We paid $800 after the first day because we trusted the company and expected to hire them for additional projects. He never returned. After repeated calls and text messages, he called once and again promised to come back?but still did not appear. Multiple later messages were marked as read and received no response.
