Tech diagnosed washing machine leak. Didnâ t try to sell me in a bunch of repair work that would cost more than the value of the machine itself. Turned out I was just missing the overflow pan. He also cleaned and did maintenance work on dryer. Very pleased with quick response and apparent integrity
