C2C responded within hours of my call. They went right to work, found the problem, and began drying out the property before damage could occur. Dave was great to work with and kept us up to speed with what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to help us.

Dave was phenomenal!

Salesman and project manager was Dave. He priced our mold damage and repair job to where we couldn't say no, then he explained what and how his crew would do work to code for the mold testing and abatement. There was GREAT communications by all three C2C workers during this time, we NEVER felt forgotten or like we needed to complain about things getting done. Due to a back injury, I couldn't help much on cleanout day and C2C helped out WAY more than needed. For a minor charge they boxed and bagged our belongings and furniture into our rented POD and were cheerful and top notch workers all the way. Returning our furniture and belongings to the front rooms was the same outstanding experience as we moved onto the second part of our job, the living room and dining room mold problems. Once again C2C was outstanding clearing out our belongings and furniture to the POD. A wall was removed in the dining room, the rotten subfloor was replaced in the living room and the dining room ceiling had to be removed to get to the mold problems there. We encountered more problems with prior repairs by other companies that didn't do what we paid them for!!! C2C made those repairs also and really kept the costs reasonable and affordable for our budget. I really appreciate C2C workers (Dave, Ricky, Donnie) for saying what they were doing and then doing EXACTLY what they said! There was never any double talk or something "wasn't their fault..." as we encountered the additional problems C2C offered solutions and pricing that kept is within the budget and on time. The workers craftmanship was simply superior, their demeanor and attitude were again TOP-NOTCH! The whole job was done on time, and we would recommend them to anyone, and we are currently hiring them for more work at our residence! Finally an honest and hard working company!!!

Excellent job / highly recommended

The workers carefully moved furniture, offered help in removing items from furniture, covered areas I had not thought to cover, and cleaned all dust and debris thoroughly. Professionals. They also communicated well with us by answering any questions and explaining all that they were doing. We are impressed with this company.

That the representative was very courteous and considerate. And I think he was very competent, and he explained things well.

Dave described the project and then delivered even more than I expected. He even sent his guy back to vacuum the rafters and retreated areas that were hard to find. Good job and we passed the negative mold test first time.

Dave has excellent customer service. Explained everything, answered all my questions and I felt very confident with him doing this job, he and his crew were great!
