We had to get our front doors painted on very short notice. I talked to Mark on a Thursday and he was able to squeeze us in on that Saturday. The doors had an intricate design that made painting them fairly time consuming. Mark spent the time needed to get it done in a professional manner and even returned on Sunday morning to paint an additional trim area that I had forgotten to mention in the original project. Mark was very easy to work with, did a great job and went above and beyond to get my project done within the time constraints.

Mark Danis and his crew were fast and professional. They kept the job site decently clean throughout the paint job, and did a thorough clean up when the job was done. Little gaps in the siding or gutters were caulked so that once painted, the house has a cleaner look. Mario was on the job most of the time and he was a upbeat spirit with a strong work ethic and a smile you could make out through the face mask. Mark is first to admit that his crew is not the cheapest around, but if you want the job done well, you aren't well served going with the cheapest.

Mark Danis has been doing my paint jobs for many years. Always reliable, always reasonable and always a good job. He recently did a nice job on the interior painting and general rehab of an office and warehouse building I own. The long-term tenant had moved out and there were walls damaged, a metal exterior door that needed fixing, and other broken items. Mark fixed them all, and he also coordinated with the carpet layer and basically saved me a lot of time, with no aggravation for me trying to find various repair people. The real estate broker said that every prospective tenant who comes there makes glowing remarks about how good the place looks. Mark is an honest guy and you will get a worthwhile job from him. He does what he says he's going to do, and he does it well and on-time.

I am a real estate investor with many multifamily homes that Mark has painted over the last 20 years. He has also worked on my personal residences. The quality of his work is top notch and he is a problem solver with a can do attitude.

I have been using Danis Painting since I moved here in 1989. Mark uses high quality paint and offers high quality work. When I moved into a new house in 1994, Mark and his workers painted inside and outside the enormous main house, guest house and garage. There was also an abundance of staining custom doors and trim, wood ceilings and exterior trim. I was quite pleased with the results. The workers are professional, keep the job site neat and they clean up every night. Mark has kept his prices reasonable and is a pleasure to work with.

Superb job on interior project. Project done on time, clean and professional. Price was super reasonable especially for such high quality work. Would give my highest recommendation and will DEFINITELY use again.

This is not the first time we have hired Danis Painting. Over the past 20 years we have probably hired them 5 or 6 times for both our personal residences and investment properties, each time with the same extremely pleasant experience. He does all my painting, they are great in their work. I have used them for 16 years. There in nothing bad about his work, he brings the paint to the work, just excellent work. He is a personal friend.
