I am a recent widow + I live in a very old house. We always have had bee nests under our roof over hangs but they rarely are bothersome. I got up this morning + there were bees in my bathroom. As soon as I got rid of them more arrived. I knew there were nests nearby but none had gotten into the house until now. I had no knowledge of how to fix this situation. I looked on the internet + called North Star Pest Services. Their ratings are excellent + I can see why. I called for help + got a call back within 5 minutes. Nick \the owner said he would be at my house in a couple of hours to take care of the situation. He came at the time agreed, analyzed what needed to be done .fixed the problem in a polite + professional manner, Nick was patient, kind + a perfect gentleman in a time that I was quite overwhelmed. I feel the cost was very fair but to be honest I probably won't even get other prices if I am ever in need of a service his company provides. Thankyou North Star, MaryLou Ripley. Pembroke ,Mass
