On August 26, 2023, you delivered our furniture around 12pm (days later then discussed). At that time you indicated that you lost one of the sets of handles and you would send it to us when they came in as you had reordered them. You further indicated that you would be mailing (with the handles) the left over paint. As of this writing We have not received either. On Sunday August 27th and again on August 30th I texted you and requested a return phone call. I called you (multiple times since 8/26) and left several messages requesting a phone call to us as I had some concerns with how the furniture was returned. As of today Monday 9/4/23 at 11:04am You have not returned any of my calls or responded to my text messages. The furniture that was returned had the following damage: 1) Scratches, dents and nicks on multiple pieces 2) When you installed the new hardware you failed to fully patch and sand the old holes 3) When you sprayed the paint, you sprayed paint on the inside and sides of the draws 4) Multiple draws are now having trouble closing due excessive paint and lack of sanding 5) Multiple areas with paint dripping 6) Multiple areas with scratches and nicks post painting) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
