I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING this company under ANY circumstances. The Owner/Representative ;Gari is a pathological liar and a wannabe con artist. We hired them to apply Sealcoating onto our asphalt driveway, plus fill-in the cracks, in March of this year (2024).. Four days after the job was completed (Gari had recommended that we not walk or drive on the driveway for 3 days, but it rained heavily 2 days after the job was done).... I finally got the chance to inspect their work. I found at least 3/4 cracks that hadn't been filled in. I contacted Gari, sent him pictures and discussed when they could return to complete the job that they had already been paid -in-full for. Gari told me, that they would return the following week. That day came, and I did not hear from him until almost 6 PM. He told me, that he was going on vacation for 2 weeks. That meant, that he would not come until the middle of April. Two weeks came and left. I contacted Gari, again. This time, he told me, that he would come back WHEN they got another job in the vicinity that I live in. By this time, it was the beginning of May. My Husband was fed up with Gari LIES and EXCUSES, so we. contacted the Credit Card company.to dispute the charges ($175) for the unfilled cracks. Keep in mind, we have a written detailed estimate from Kingdom Sealcoating. The Credit Card company reversed the charges. Approximately 2 months later, we were notified by the Credit Card that they were releasing ALL of the funds back to KSC, because they (KSC) had completed the job in its entirety. We had sent photos and even a copy of the written estimate to the Credit Card company, plus we had explained why we were disputing the charges for the repair of the cracks. In fact, ALL that we truly wanted was for them to complete the job that we had Totally paid them to do. Somehow, they convinced the Credit Card company that those cracks were NOT included in the written estimate. The verbage in the written estimate specifically states, the cracks must be smaller than 10 inches wide. The cracks that I have mentioned are hairline cracks. My final WARNING â  ï¸ ð is this: DON'T HIRE KINGDOM SEALCOATING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE AN ELDERLY/SENIOR CITIZEN CONSUMER!! It's now been 6 months since we hired Kingdom Sealcoating, and our driveway is still left with unfilled cracks. My Husband has spoken with the local Sheriff's Office to escalate this matter. Kingdom Asphalt WILL BE held accountable for trying to RIPOFF and TAKE ADVANTAGE of the ELDERLY. This NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE has caused us to search other sources for contractors. We no longer TRUST contractors working for with ANGI. BUYER BEWARE!!â  ï¸ ð

I had a great experience. Gari did a great job of patching & filling in the cracks before he did the Sealcoating. He worked about 4 hours steady. I am very pleased with my driveway now. Norm
