Was not happy with this Company

The provider stated it was $800.00 to place on new gutters. He identified a hole in the roof and assured He could cover it for another $1,950.00 He has yet to to do any of the work I have paid for. The snow on the ground for a week, delayed the completion of the work. The man collected $800.00 on last Sunday, stating He could not come without being paid the $800.00 I had already paid the 1,650.00 Therefore, I was certain that I better complete the payment, so the Provider could complete the work. Post the snow, we set a date for last Monday, the Provider received a call from me at 10:40 a.m. He said He would be on his way to my home. I did not hear from the Provider for the rest of that day (Monday). Since we did business the prior night at 8:00 p.m. I text him indicating I would be contacting my bank to receive a refund. He said a fraud claim. When? Where? I explained I wished to get my home back to what it was prior to him providing a Service. Commerce Bank conducted a two-way call on Wednesday between myself and the my Bank and He stated He would refund me for the balance after materials were priced. He also stated He would bring the materials to my Home, but I have yet to be notified of him dropping off any items and or physical check. Thank You.

The finished work looks great. Customer service is (unbelievably) flawless. They treat their customers with what I would describe as friendly respect.
