Unprofessional, uncommunicative, deceitful...We spent the entire summer of 2025 asking for updates and they kept giving us the runaround...They never came to do the job...We paid them over $16K and absolutely no work was done...We requested a refund but have not gotten our money back...It's been over 8 months now...If we could give 0 stars, we would.

A horrible company to deal with... completely unprofessional, uncommunicative and just flat out liars and smarmy salesmen. Do not hire.

I received only lies from them. I do not want anybody to go through what I am going through right now.

Exterior Improvements was a pleasure to work with. Ken was extremely professional from the estimate to completion. The crew was completely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to work on your home improvements

First I want to say that I did A TON of research before I decided on the right company to do the job of completely replacing my roof. I learn tons of stuff about roofs in my research, and in talking to many roofers. I chose Exterior Improvements because I learned of the high quality materials that they would be using (Owens Corning Duration) for my roof. Not only the shingles but the synthetic underlayment and all the high quality Owens Corning stuff that comes in the package that they put UNDER the shingles, like Ice and Water Shield, Flashing around my chimney and Drip Edges. They used everything that every roofer I talked to said was "state of the art" for roofs these days. The thing is that they did all that at a very reasonable price! The day they came they were on time, very accommodating and professional and did a high quality job. Since I heard how important the number of nails in each shingle was, I watched them all day and counted the nails, and they did not cut corners! In addition, they did the job so fast, they finished it in one day and they cleaned up everything at the end so nicely that my property looked neater and cleaner after they left then before they came! I love the look of the the high quality Owens Corning Duration shingles( I chose the beautiful Teak Color) however they also use the high quality Timberline, I just personally don not care for the look of the Timberline shingles. Exterior Improvements also did my gutters a bigger size than I had had before and they were done perfectly and look beautiful. Kevin, the owner, seems to focus on high quality for his business at an affordable price. As you can imagine, I am super happy with their work and obviously HIGHLY RECOMMEND Exterior Improvements!

Exterior Improvements was recommended to my by a friend and I would do the same to with anyone I know. The team was extremely helpful, made things seamless with my insurance company and just all around professional. From the construction side, the team was on time, very clean (didn't leave any mess behind) and completed the project when they said they would. My roof looks fantastic 10/10

My experience with Exterior Improvements, from start to finish was more than what i had anticipated. From conception to completion, Ken and his entire team of professionals kept me well informed as to what they were doing and they did not disappoint. My entire roof was taken off, 10 sheets of plywood had to be replaced, and the entire roof was installed, all in one day. I was amazed of the work ethic of the entire crew. I highly recommend Exterior Improvements for any home improvements. 5 stars all the way

I noticed some missing shingles due to a recent wind storm which is why I reached out to exterior improvements. A representative from their company inspected my home and walked me through the insurance process. Originally my insurance company denied my claim, but Exterior went to bat for me and the entire roof was covered through my insurance company. My one concern was seeing a neighbors roof take 3 days to complete with a different company, during that timeframe a rainstorm hit. Their team assured me this would not be an issue and they more than lived up to that promise. My entire install was completed in one day and went seamlessly. I highly recommend using Exterior Improvements as they were excellent through each step of this process.
