CJ and Chase were extremely professional and good to work with. They were knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions in detail. Chase worked to get the best deal for me and my budget. Both of them brought a very relaxed atmosphere.

I was excited to meet lucas and Annie they were very fun and polite and enjoyable they explained my siding project very thoroughly, so i can understand exactly the system and what i am getting. Lucas and Annie explained the damage and lucas was professional about my options. lucas and Annie were patient and kind. I think the work will be awesome and outstanding. Bailey and Shane both came to our home and did an excellent presentation! We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and patience. We are having a large custom shower built, we chose DeBella for many reasons (quality product, warranty, products made in USA…). DaBella sales rep. Isaiah came to our home to go over the est. cost for a new roof and gutters for our home. Isaiah presentation and information regarding everything from the quality of materials to the workmanship was extremely through and the extent of his knowledge was very impressive! At the end of the presentation, it was a no brainer and the decision was easy to move forward with the contract for installation. Alice Grimwood 4/22 /21 My wife and I were looking to redo our bathroom— (take out a tub/shower and have a walk-in shower installed). We were contacted by a representative of DaBella construction. The representative that arrived at our home was Alice Grimwood (phone: 253-720 -4942). On a scale of 1 to 5 We would give her a 5Plus. First of all, she was on time for our appointment. She was considerate of our pets (two dogs) and was concerned about covid. She was wearing a mask. She was very thorough. She wanted to see what we had and then inquired what we had envisioned. She then sat down and presented us with a multitude of options for us to consider. We then put together a proposed package. She was very helpful in showing us the pros and cons of our ideas. With her knowledge of the products, she was a tremendous help in determining a product that would meet the needs that we were looking for. She was a great help. She listened and would make suggestions based on our questions. She was well spoken, and very polite. She helped us get a price that was within our budget. She wasn’t pushy and did not try to sell us items that we did not need We would highly recommend Alice Grimwood at DaBella (253 720-4942) for any remodeling projects that you may have.

Everyone was professional and did a complete job of explaining what was included in installing the roof and types of materials used. Isaiah explained all of the paperwork and what we needed to do to make sure everyone was safe during the install. A very complete upfront explanation.

My roof and windows are scheduled to be installed January & March 2021. I had not intended to make this purchase the day Bobby and Chester came over to give me estimates. However, I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and patience, as well as the quality of the products. They took the time to walk me through the current condition of my roof and windows and clearly explain what my options were. We spent several hours reviewing materials, warranties, timelines and financing. Bobby was very reassuring, upfront and honest. He really went above and beyond in trying to get me the best financing possible and even made extra trips out here to go over paperwork and answer questions. Bobby has made it very clear that he is available at any time during this process. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience. Bobby & Chester really are the best and I’m really looking forward to my new roof and beautiful windows next year.

They were great, the work was excellent, 5 stars on everything, across the board, the crew was absolutely wonderful. from start to finish the work was topnotch, excellent clean up and they did a great job. The Roofs Lifetime warranty and transferrable to next owner of the house.
