I have been waiting for a project to begin for over 90 days (getting my studying replaced because of vermin burrows), and communication from them to me is virtually non-existent. No one can l in their customer service can tell me the terms of my contract for leaving it to go to a company that cares about communication and timing. I was told when I signed up that I had to right then to lock in prices and that the color of siding I originally wanted wasn't in stock, so I selected another. Apparently, that one wasn't in stock either because it's been on order for months. I would have considered picking something in stock so I can work to keeping rodents out of my house, but I couldn't even suggest that because there hasn't been anyone calling me, and my weekly requests for a callback fall on deaf ears. Completely unprofessional and bordering scandalous with how much I have to keep paying Orkin and working on rotating rat traps. Follow up; In an effort to make things right, DaBella offered a discount, or willing to also re-side my shed. I went with also having my shed done. Follow up two; The siding project began Monday the 20th of January, and on the 24th, they put the project on pause while waiting for additional parts to be ordered. It is now the 11th of February, and no further work has been done. For two and a half weeks, my driveway has been full of supplies and a port-a-potty and construction dumpster sitting in my street with no indication of when this project will be finished. Follow up three; It is now the 25th of February. No contact from DaBella, no progress done on my house. Tarps for blown off in the second to last storm. Follow up four; The automated response to this review suggests I call a support number that takes me to the same impotent call center that cannot give me updates, or have anyone call me back. Call center will not provide me either their mailing address or CCB license number for me to file a pre-30 day notice of complaint with the Oregon State Board of Contractors for negligence and breach of contract.

Do not hire this company. The only attention or service you will get is when they are selling you the job. After that you are screwed.. ZERO communication.Delayed job, incomplete job still. They did our roof and solar wrong. Solar STILL NOT HOOKED UP. (4 months and running) Absolutely worst customer service. Drew absolutely promised the world and delivered nothing. Run if they come knocking.

Beware - they offer a free, "no-pressure" consultation, then come to your house and say "we really like to get an answer same day rather than having you wait and call us back when you are ready." Then, they tell you what type of financing options you can get based on your credit score and down payment and have you sign a contract with them BEFORE you are approved for the loan. Then, they come back with loan options that are not what you were told verbally. They have a 3-day period where you can back out of your contract (which isn't even approved for financing yet), but when you say that the financing option is not what you agreed to and you don't want to move forward, they have you wait so they can get more financing options together for you, which ends up pushing time past that 3-day period, so you are stuck with the contract regardless of if you get the financing option you originally verbally agreed to. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I am so unhappy with my experience and the way they handled everything. Very shady tactics.

I contracted with DaBella to install a new roof and gave them a $1000 deposit. Due to a sudden family problem, I tried to cancel the contract on the third day of the contract date which was within the 5 day cancellation period. I sent them an e-mail, a fax and numerous phone calls notifying them that I am canceling the project. I asked them to refund my deposit. They have not done so.

Stay as far away as possible. So many issues: • Lied about the need for new siding, (verified by two independent contractors who inspected the property before the old siding before it was removed). • Used high pressure sales and scare techniques against my elderly mom who was coerced into signing the contract. • Missed the installed date with no communication. • When we requested to cancel because they miss their install date by 2 weeks with no sign of them starting the job, they showed in their contract where they keep 50% after 3 days of signing the contract. • Impossible to get in touch with anyone but the sales reps who just say they don’t have contact with the installers. • Was told that we would be able to get a partial refund for all of the trouble we had but that was just another lie. • Lastly installed 5 weeks late during the middle of winter but pretty much had to let them or they would legally steal $25,000

Elisey showed up to my house and was very friendly, after his inspection, he warned me about the leaks in my siding, he explained to me why it was happening and how to fix it. They got the work done and now it looks new again and I know I’m protected. Elisey and his company know what they’re doing and I was in good hands.

Do not use DaBella. They do not know how to install roofs or gutters. I selected them thinking they are a large company that will support their work and installation. I was wrong. They tore off my gutters and destroyed my soffits. Now they are falling off the house. I have had a horrible experience with their lack of professionalism and customer service. Chris Rotarte in the Vancouver office does not return calls and Darren Fitzgerald is not responsive either. Horrible experience. Do not use them.
