Mr. Powell gave me a quick bid, added me to his calendar and executed my plumbing project on time and on budget. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to solve both residential and commercial maintenance issues. My project was a commercial building but I would hire him to work on my personal home. No question. He has worked for several people that I’ve recommended him to. All report stellar service. He broke through the concrete and hand dug down three feet. Without damaging the blocked sewer pipe. He found the issue and made a small hole. Kept the worksite clean. And was able to work at night when the store was closed. He finished the job 100% to my satisfaction and to code. The next morning the business was up and running with no down time for staff. Just really put the work in late into the night. This is the guy you want.

Jeff and team (AJ, I believe)were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. We had a clogged downspout drainpipe that he was able to snake and clear not one, but two clogs. This was causing major backups to our sump pump and french drain system in the yard. He took care not to damage the existing downspout and was very personable and fun to have around. I would hire his crew again for any plumbing job, and even any other service he might be able to provide beyond the pluming realm (just ask if he can do it). The only reason for not giving a 5 start rating for price was that I had estimates to do the same work for less money, but he also came the same day, whereas other big name shops could only schedule a few days to a week out without paying for "emergency services". Considering this, and the fact that he did exactly what he came out to do within one hour or arriving, I can't really argue with the slightly higher price and was happy to pay it to get the problem solved quickly.

Jeff fixed the problem with the sink and replaced the faucet. He also cleared my laundry tub. Jeff and his assistant were very professional and polite. I will hire him again for another project.

i would recommend Jeff to anyone needing any type of plumbing work. I wanted a gas line ran from my basement to my fire place on the 1st floor, and I knew the project wasnt going to be easy. There were a few obstacles but Jeff's experience showed. Jeff also fixed a few other issues I was having with piping going to my furnace. Jeff was professional, knowledgable, quoted a fair price and did excellent work. Go with Jeff.
