I have used DA for years. They are reliable and and their pricing is reasonable and they are very knowledgable about the pests that plague our area. They have wiped out the termite problem that I had years ago. Now I have them come out evert three months to keep pesky roaches and other pests under control. I have recommended DA to all my family and their homes are pest free also. <br />

In August '13 I was having some sheetrock repairs done in my home. When the contractor removed some of the sheetrock he said  there seemed to be termite damage. The contractor removed the sheetrock from the entire front of our house to find the front wall including the front door frame was eaten up by termites. When I called out DA Exterminating they told me two things: 1.) the termites came from moisture in the roof from a roof leak - our contractor disagreed and said there was not a roof leak & 2.) their termite protection covers only from the ground and not from anything that occurs from above! <br /> It was obvious the termites had been in the walls for an extended period of time. In fact the damage was there and the termites were actually gone. We were told by DA that we did not have the replacement insurance, but it didn't really matter. If we had the insurance it would only cover for active infestation. This was as they explained in the fine print "covered by Louisiana law!" <br /> The money we spent with these people was a total waste. If they had done their job, we would have known we had termites and had them treated. I hope other members of Angie's list sees this and doesn't waste their time or money on someone like DA Exterminating. I asked several times to have the owner call me and finally they flatly refused to allow me to talk to him. <br />

<p>We have used this company for over 25 years.  Their staff are prompt, respectful and extremely polite.  Not to mention we may only see one or two roaches a year and they are outside of the house.</p> <p>We also use this agency for our annual termite coverage.  We had a problem last year with scheduling and the owners were prompt in responding and handling the situation perfectly.</p> <p>We would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!</p> <br />

Terminate contract spraying

On the rare occasions (maybe 6 over 43 years) when we have seen living roaches, they have come back (no charge) and taken care of the problem. The technicians are professional and well-trained. They come ever 2 months and there is no odor from the chemicals they use. <br />

The service is fine and I have no complaints.  They are professional, personal, and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I have been using them for about eighteen years. Their price is pretty competitive. They are good.

We have used them many times because we build house for a living and we probably built 200 of them and we have mostly used DA EXTERMINTAING.  They don’t go until they tell me that the termites have gone and if they have a hit they tell me they have a hit.  There are a lot of trees around here and we have termites so they come around her and check for me.  They come and they are good.  They come out at 7 a.m. and check everything and keep up with everything.  They are good.  I haven’t had any problem with them.  They are professional and they are on every job we do.

We had been under a termite contract with this company for 12 yrs. We were surprised earlier this year to find termite damage (they didn't inspect very well) and even more surprised that we didn't have damage coverage. We had no idea. We were told that they would have used a different chemical had we opted for damage coverage!!! There a lot more to this story, but I won't go into it here. I should really take it up with the State. We changed to another company, but that doesn't remove the fact that we have had termites and this has reduced the value of our home. DA did a poor job and didn't lose a thing.
