Dah Clean Ting LLC

In March 2021, I wrote a glowing review for Trudy and Dah Clean Ting. In July 2022, I am sad to say how this relationship ended. Apparently I missed an invoice from Trudy. Rather than send me a reminder (which she says she did, but I can't locate it), she sent a rather terse email to which I immediately responded and paid her what was due. In any event, it wasn't even 30 days past due. Meanwhile, I was in the process of hiring a property manager who told me if I was happy with my cleaning service I would be able to keep it. I informed her that she was staying on. When the property manager contacted her, she apparently went on a tirade, called me names, and said she would never clean for me again. She must have been having a bad day. In the past, I have defended her against guests who complained about the cleaning, thinking they were just looking for a refund. Now I have to wonder. In the beginning, her work was impeccable -- in the end, not so much.

Finally, after 4 cleaners we finally found a cleaner who cares about the details, her company and reputation, and does a thorough job! Can’t say enough great things about Trudy & Da Clean Ting, she’s awesome with communicating and a joy to work with. Highly recommend!!
