My first experience with DA Home Improvement was a good 25 years ago, had the fiberglass tub and shower surround, needed a remodel remove the tub, install date was Tuesday 2/25 and finished 2/27, the installers Ira and Blake very professional, I am beyond thrilled with the outcome, Thank you very much DA.... Highly recommended.

From our initial meeting and quote to the last step of the project, this company was fantastic. The communication was excellent and Mike was terrific, guiding us through the steps to select materials. A good part of working with this company is that everything is in house. They don’t farm their work out to a bunch of subcontractors. There was also a showroom where you can pick out materials. This was a great time saver and worth every penny. Paul and Cheryl who completed The kitchen remodel were efficient and tidy. Every day that they left, they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in order. I would highly recommend this company for your next project.

This company is outstanding. DA Home Improvement replaced my siding last fall. They did a great job. After the winter, I had a small issue with one part of the siding. Mike, Tony, and Bob came back within a couple of days of my call and took care of the problem some seven months after installation. This company is very dependable.

We had our house sided and new gutters installed. Fantastic crew. Professional and met all of our expectations. Price was reasonable. Also, the inspector from Canton was impressed with the quality of their work.

We had a great experience with D.A. for completely renovating our kitchen. It was a big job and they did it all quickly yet with care. The attention to detail during design and construction was so appreciated. We'll definitely have them on our list for future projects. A big thanks to all that played a part in creating our amazing, new kitchen!!

New roof was finished May 28, 2014. They tore off and installed the roof in 1 day. The workers were very professional. They removed all material and cleaned up the entire work area. No nails or debri left on the property. I liked their process of removing the back portion of the roof first and then installing the shingles on the back of the house before completely tearing off the front of the house. This process proofed to be the best because in the afternoon it started raining and lasted for approximately 3 hours. There were no issues with the back of the house because it was finished. However, water leaked into my home in the front, even though the roof was covered with tarps. The rain damaged the front entry way of the interior of the house. DA Home Improvement handled this problem immediately by repairing the drywall and painting the area. I was happy with the final outcome of both the roof and interior job. DA Home Improvement also installed a prefab three season aluminum patio room with a poly roof system to an existing deck, attached to the back of my home. Also they installed 4 inch thick, 15x11 concrete pad (patio area) to the back of the home. Again they were very professional and the work was completed to my satisfaction. All building material was removed and I have no complaints with any people that worked on this project. This was a longer process. Our first meeting was April 18, 2014. The room was not finished until October to my disappointment because I looked forward to using the patio and room for our family events during the summer of 2014. There was a lot of red tape getting the city of Livonia to issue permits. However, DAHome Improvement and their work staff and engineers worked with the city and finally got the job approved and finished. I am sitting on the porch on this beautiful spring day in 2015 enjoying my porch and wanted to share this experience with Angies List. The salesman Jim Ledbetter and office staff, Linda, Monica and Amanda are awesome. <br />

<p>We decided not to do the work and consider moving instead.  If I was going to have the work done, I would have hired them.   I know several people who have had work done and they are all very pleased with the quality.  </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

They did very good work. They leave no mess behind at all. The price is a bit higher than others but you pay for the better work. I am going to be using them again in a couple of months. <br />

It took much longer then expected. We were told three to five days and it took three weeks.

I was looking for some help with putting my basement back together after the flooding last summer and wanted to go with a local company. I found D A Home Improvement via Angie's list search. I had purchased a new product as the flooring option for my basement, made to be used in garages, but I wanted to use indoors. They did a fabulous job with the flooring and helped me find a  good option, read not to expensive but looks great, wainscoting. Also gave a such a good price on re-doing my kitchen cabinets and counter that I could not pass up to chance to have the kitchen redone. I needed more help with picking out finishes for the kitchen and their Mr Lee Kelly was wonderful. <br /> I found the work men ( Paul, Clarence and James) to be through, very prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and overall did a wonderful job!  The entire job was mostly finished in about a week, just a couple days over for last minute punch list items.

This company fallowed the arranged contract, but failed to followup with work that needed to be completed as of this date, September 11, 2014.  I have called several times requesting for my services that I have paid for to be completed, but have not received any adequate response. <br /> Therefore, I am very disappointed with this Company. <br />

The job was probably $1200 because it included plumbing. They were good. They did what they said they were going to do at the price they said. They were an honest bunch of guys who came over here and worked.
