"Miss [Member Name Removed]like I told you on another review that you put on another website I’m sorry that you feel this way. And moving into a new home with a pool can sometimes be frustrating especially when you’re moving in at the same time. I problems with pool water take time everything just can’t be fixed with the snap or sometimes in a couple days sometimes it could take a week. I did go out to your house That’s almost in Moriarty twice all the way from my house in ALBUQUERQUE in the South Valley. And the second trip was on a Sunday when I am closed. I know having a pool is new to you but you have to except the costs of owning a pool and the labor charges that come about. If money is a problem all you had to do is tell me something you could ask any of my customers I even except payment option for people that are not as fortunate as others. I would like to say I do a lot more giving then I do taking and I can’t expect everybody to like me or to understand what you do not understand so I have to take this review with a grain of salt but I tell you what I am a forgiving person Give me a call and I’ll come help you but if you call another pool professional you Gotta be patient and you can’t be giving people bad reviews like this because nobody want to come to your house if you do not call me back good luck to you"
