Very well. They responded to my inquiry immediately. When the service man arrived, he was punctual, polite and considerate. He did the work quickly and I am pleased with the outcome. He succeeded in getting some difficult stains out of the carpet. I thought the price was very reasonable and they stuck with the original quote rather than finding ways to raise the price after arriving at my house. I would use them again.

Daisy let us know that cleaning might not work (which it did not). Even though it did not, I feel it was my choice fully knowing the options. They were prompt and thorough, and I would use them again.

They were fine. They charged more than they were supposed to. They did a good job. They charged more than what the deal had been for because they said some places needed extra work or something like that. Which is really an irritation. I would not use them again, would not! I ordered it for my daughter. The carpet people did an adequate job, but then charged extra, so I was not impressed. They rescheduled and they were late, that was the worst part. All the stains that I wanted to come out were still there. The best part is that it didn’t really take that long when they came. The price would have been fine if everything had been done well, but for the job that was done not so great.

It went practically perfect. The service technician arrived exactly on time, reviewed the deal we ordered, discussed the additional service we asked about, performed all work in a timely manner and much to our satisfaction, and left. The technician was very professional and personable. <br />

I bought their deal on Angie's List and added a $75 deodorizing package. ?It went great - didn't take long at all, and they did a great job. ?We rescued two dogs recently and one had not been potty trained properly. ?Needless to say, we needed a true cleaning, but just in certain areas. ?They did a great job, we had used them about 6 months ago. ?It was mostly dry in about 3 hours, and completely dry?by the next morning. ?They got out all the pet stains, and the house smells and looks wonderful again. ? I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.
