There may have been a few minor spots they missed.  I might use them again with the Deal pricing, but their normal rates are a little too pricey for me.  Other than that it went well.

I didn't hear anything good or bad.  I think it was okay.

The service was okay. There were two people that came out, they did do an excellent job, it just cost me more than what I thought. They worked hard when they were here and when they left it was nice.

It turned out fine.

Have been using this provider for the past year.  Other then issues with scheduling, they have been very thorough.  Then, on 11/12, provider was scheduled to clean our home.  They came in and retrieved their check, went straight to our bank to cash the check and have not returned -- so they took the money and did not provide service!!!!   After several attempts to contact them, we have not heard from them so after a week of trying, we filed a police report. <br />

It worked out fine. 

They are always late and no showed one time. They have broken items and denied it. In the beginning the stated they would use their own equipment and supplies but that is not the case. They are not thorough and do not follow directions.

It was not so great. We had two scheduling issues and some of them were my fault, some of them were their fault. I was unhappy with the service that they did provide. Once we both had the scheduling issues, we had it worked out. They still didn't follow through. We ended up cancelling. She came in very late. The female did a better job at cleaning than the male. I think the male was sick that day. They didn't finish the job. When they rescheduled it, they cancelled two hours before to finish the job. They never actually finished the job. At that point, I just said "Forget it." She was good being flexible and pushing us back. Once we both rescheduled on each other twice, I thought like I'll take the blame and let her take the blame. I kind of ignored that part. When they actually did come and finish the work, they came I don't know how many hours late that day. I actually ended up paying them an extra $80 out of my own pocket because they went an hour beyond the two hours that they had. They still hadn't finished the work. I specifically asked them to do certain areas of the house. When they were running out of time, I said for example, just finish up the guest's bathroom and we'll leave it at that. What they did was they cleaned the mirror and the sink. They didn't clean the tub and the toilet.

She was an excellent house cleaner until she just stopped showing up and didn't answer my calls or texts.  I hope all is well with her. <br />

Did a great job. We needed a one-time cleaning, and this deal fit the bill. They got to work right away and left the house in great shape.

Everything went extremely well with the Daisy Maids team.  They were easy to get a hold of and set up the appointment.  Were then showed up on time and proceeded to thoroughly clean my townhome.  I was very pleased with their service and would use again. <br />

I did use them, I think everything was perfect. They came out and did a wonderful job. It was a big deal you should have that price. I would use them again in the future. They are one of the best workers I have had through Angie's list. <br />

They did a great job.  Cleaned everything and organized by putting like items together.  Misc. small items and papers were put together which made it easy for me to go through them and clean out. <br />

Everything that could be moved was removed from the garage so it could be swept clean. All the dirt and cob webs were vacuumed. Windows cleaned. Part of the garage was completely reorganized. This was only a 2 hour deal with 2 people so they didn't have time to organize the entire garage. They are a very nice couple. <br />

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service.  Our experience with them was good.  We didn’t actually see the work that was done but they were very accommodating.  We can’t remember the lady’s name but they were very helpful as far as fitting us in, because it was a time sensitive situation with us moving out and then wanting to get the house cleaned before the new owners moved in.  So they fit us in with their schedule, even though they were already booked.  They were right on time.  They called us to let us know that they were there and when they were done.  They had very good customer service.  We weren’t at the house to see the work that was done, but the new owner seemed happy and it went well.  So we couldn’t inspect it ourselves.  We thought their price was reasonable and they were very professional.

They are a husband and wife team, that come as often as we request, and feel they do outstanding work. They are honest, fast, efficient, thorough and genuinely nice people. We will continue to use them again in the future.
