They did a horrible job in washing the windows. When I sent them the pictures, they told me why did I not call them. When I called them the second for them to come back, that is when they do not respond. They did not do a good job in cleaning the windows.

"When we cleaned your windows, before we left you said that everything looked great. A week later you sent me pictures of one window that had sun oxidation which I can not control. After I explained that it was sun oxidation you still wanted me to come out and clean it after a week had passed. If you would have told me while I was there I would have immediately tried to clean the Window again. I can not control what your window looks like after a week."
