I called Russ at 9:30 am on 6/22/22 to come out to look at our roof regarding slight leaking around furnace exhaust pipe after heavy downpour. He called back at 11:56 am and said he'd be here that afternoon. He was here around 1 pm, reattached some shingles, and checked for any other loose shingles. He did our roof slightly less than 4 years ago, and there was no charge. Super service, super guy!

Fantastic job! Very reasonably priced. Owner and staff were courteous, and friendly. The Roof looks amazing. They moved the outdoor furniture and covered the perimeter of my Home before they got started and took care to not damage anything, and cleaned up everything before they left. I can honestly say that I have never had a better, or more professional experience with any contractor. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The owner, Russ, was prompt to inspect my roof after my inquiry & provided a detailed estimate of roofing costs. He did not try to sell me work and materials that were not necessary. Work crew was efficient, polite, and completed the job in a day. Before they finished, the owner came out and helped finish the job, checked it out, supervised clean-up and made sure it was done right. The price charged was a fair price for the work. I was given a 5-year labor warranty. I recommend them as an honest, efficient roofing company.

Russ and his crew were punctual, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Not only was the work and clean up done exceptionally well but the price was several thousand dollars less than another contractor had given me. Yes, that's correct, several thousand! Prior to the job, Russ inspected my roof and took pictures of my chimney which was in need of major repair or replacement (I didn't even know there was a problem). He also pointed out a need for more roof vents on my house and garage and installed them. It does pay to shop and compare!

Russ Dal Bianco came to my home and provided me with an estimate. He explained everything his crew would be doing in detail. Now I received 3 others estimates from contractors off Angie's List. As was the case with this company, they also had the Superior Service Award distinction. Not only did Dal Bianco Roofing have the best price, but I wasn't charged for some extras the other companies wanted to charge me for. For deteriorated or rotted wood, the other companies were going to charge either a specified amount per foot or per sheet. Russ did not. 2 of the other 3 companies were going to charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Russ did not. Russ also took the initiative to install some new additional vents where needed. The biggest seller for me though was I forgot to tell Russ (prior to him giving me the estimate ) I was an Angie's List member so that I could receive the Angie's List discount. When I later called to inform him of this, he could have very well told me it was already included in the estimated price. He did not. He told me he would take it off when I made the payment. He did. That spoke to his character, and that was all that I needed. The roof looks great. Everything went perfect. The crew was punctual. They cleaned up everything when they finished. I have no complaints at all.

I couldn't believe how quickly the work was done! The two gentlemen seemed like a well-oiled machine and definitely knew what they were doing.

They did great work. They came out and were prompt and did the job efficiently. They put tarps all over the lawn so it wouldn't be damaged.

Very good service. Came with a large team and had both house and garage done in a day. We referred him to our neighbor who had the work done before us and they did a good job on there house too. I have since referred Russ several more time!

We contracted for tear off & replacement of house and garage roofs. They were willing to do our job within about a week of contracting with us. Unfortunately, we had to put them off, as we were having trouble finding a tuckpointer to repair our chimney (which we wanted to have done before the new roof). About a week after the tuckpointing was done, Russ came with a huge crew (maybe 14 workers) and completed our house roof, but it rained in the afternoon, so they had to return the next morning to do the garage. They found several rotted boards that we didn't know about and replaced them at no additional charge. They flashed the chimney and even painted the flashing so that it would blend in well. Plus, they installed many new vents and did other work. We don't have cable TV, so they carefully removed/replaced our TV antenna so that it still works properly. We would highly recommend this roofer. He was very professional, easy to deal with and seemed really honest. There is a five-year warranty on labor. Price was $6590.00 - $150.00 Angie coupon = $6440.00 for both house and garage.

Russ was extremely professional and on time. We were fortunate to have 10-12 roofers, who not only worked at a steady and quick pace, were super organized, polite, and cleaned up everything after they were finished. Even our neighbors were very impressed with all the work they did and how professional and quickly they accomplished it. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We had acquired two rental properties and they both needed roofs fairly quickly because winter was upon us.. Russ assessed both homes and gave us a reasonable rate and time frame. Have to say that his crew is pretty amazing. They had the tear off, repair and re-shingling done in a day and left the property cleaner than when they arrived!. Russ is professional, honest and thorough. The roofs look great. A large cricket had to be installed around a chimney and was done very well. We changed our minds on a color choice a few days before the project began and Russ was able to accommodate the change without difficulty. A great company and we will definitely use for future projects.
