They were prompt and did a beautiful work. Neat work. The roof is sparkling. The best I had.

He was here everyday for 3 weeks, his ideas, imput and enthusiasm were a big help to me as I've never attempted anything like this before. Everything was cleaned and swept everyday before leaving, and I am thrilled with my brand new kitchen. He has also stopped by twice to make sure all is good.

Dale brings pride in craftsmanship to every job. His staff is professional and courteous. Dale will make an estimate then double check with you before starting the job. He offers creative solutions and enthusiasm to every situation. We have had fun creating the pantry door with his input. Simple things people worry about with most contractors are not an issue here: professional grade work done correctly , notification of any schedule changes, clean-up, arriving on time, all materials ready to go , permits , these are a given with Dale. And if for any reason something needs tweaking, he wants know about to make it right. <br />

Dale completed the job in a timely manner.  He brought in the necessary people to do and <strong>re-do </strong>all the work that needed to be done.   He dealt with the County on my behalf, got the necessary permits and passed the required inspections.  As this mess was going on for more than a year because I could not find anyone willing to deal with the county and fix the work that was done, Dale really saved me.  The apartment is now completed and is currently being rented.  Several weeks after the job was completed I had to contact Dale re: a problem with the cable for the TV.  Though the problem had nothing to do with the work he did, Dale took the time to speak with the cable person and helped to solve the problem. <br /> I would highly recommend Dale Berry Construction. <br />

This summer we had lightning strike our air conditional transformer which caused extensive damage to the air conditioner and all electrical lines entering our home that were near the strike. Dale fixed everything quickly and at a reasonable price. Dale never ceases to amaze me with his expertise. He is the only contractor that I trust enough to leave in our home.
