We service Metro Atlanta by bring our showroom to you, measure and install your new carpet, laminate, hardwood, vinyl and VCT in one day. For those that prefer to shop in a showroom we offer two locations, Norcross and Marietta, GA. We offer monthly special that help save customers money. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Checks and Cash accepted. No Interest Financing Plans Also Available. We have one of the largest selections of flooring samples in Georgia. <em>I had contacted another company to get carpet installed in our living room, and they wanted way too much money, almost laughable. I then contacted Carpets of Dalton on Angies list via the online email. I received a response shortly thereafter asking me the details that I wanted. The response even came at night, after business hours. Once I responded, I received another email back asking me my budget. Casey, the sales rep, went and checked what they had in stock in my price and color range. We then set up a time on the phone for him to come look at the room to measure it. He brought all the samples that asked for in the color/price that I wanted. Casey was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products. I immediately signed a contract with him and set up an install date. The carpet was installed 2 days later at a time that was convenient for me. The installation guys were right on time, friendly, and did a great job. My sales guy, Casey, even came over after to ensure that we were happy. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Great customer service, great product, and great price!!!</em> <br />

I found this company via Angie's list. Thank you for all the reviews; it really helps to choose a company and in this case I was not disappointed. Carey was the salesman who came to my house with samples of carpet. I knew what I wanted so the in home shopping was great. There was a special deal on the carpet but no pressure to purchase. Carey was able to schedule installation for my convenience on the following Saturday. I graded a "B" on punctuality as the installer was supposed to arrive between 8 AM and 10 AM. He hadn't arrived by 10 AM so I texted Carey to inquire about the whereabouts of the installer. He responded within 5 minutes indicating the installer was within 3 minutes of my house (and he was). The installer had a delay in getting the carpet from the warehouse. I was very thankful for the great communication from Carey the salesman.

I have to say that I have no complaints about this provider's workman ship. Although, I do have doubts about the quality of materials that have replaced my old carpet. I was anticipating a lot more cushion padding under the carpet, and I am disappointed with the result. I selected a particular carpet, and asked for a sample so I could of compared it with what was installed, but he never provided it. He only gave me the brand and the order number. He promised that after he installed it, that it would be much better than what I had before, but it is not. I honestly feel like the carpet they laid has brought down the value, and I am consider relaying it and replacing this brand new carpet, because I am not satisfied with it.

"We are very sorry that this customer is not satisfied with the products that (HE) selected for his rental property. We show perspective customers a wide range of products with different price points for them to choose from but this customer chose to go with a lower priced carpet and padding since this was a rental property. On July 16, 2014, we installed and upon completion did a walk-through with the customer. He was satisfied and paid us the balance. This review is the first time that we have heard from this customer since the installation. Again, we are sorry that the customer is not satisfied with his selections."

The man that came out was very informative. He brought me samples and he explained everything to me and what he suggested as far as how the print would be viewed on my staircase. Very nice guy and very professional and worked around my time frame. He arrived early and was waiting for me in the driveway.

Replaced carpet in stairwell and large bedroom-my only complaint was they did not remove scuff marks on the stairwell walls made during installation.

Great, I had the change the schedule a couple of times due to other repair changes and they were very accommodating. Carey was great! He followed up and made sure the installation went well. I would recommend them if you are needing new carpet.

I was in need of replacing the terrible builder's grade carpet/padding in my townehome. I submitted a request for an in-home appointment and was contacted within an hour by Carey! He came out on a Saturday, which was great! I met with 2 other companies prior to his visit. All companies were fairly competitive, but he blew the others away with his professionalism! He didn't ask nor pressure me into making a decision on the spot (like the others did). Because of his outstanding professionalism and how comfortable and trusting I felt with him, I gave him the business ON THE SPOT! He worked with my schedule when setting the installation date! <br /> I had carpet/padding replaced on 2 staircases (approx. 40 steps total), 3 bedrooms/closets and hallway! The installers he contracted with arrived on time and completed the project in one day. They were very careful not to nick walls or baseboards (which has been recently painted). The only negative thing is that the installers were not as conscientious about closing doors to the outside when they went in/out (especially on a hot day when A/C was running)! But the quality of the installation (and clean up) was excellent! Carey called me within an hour after the installation was done to check on the job and my satisfaction. I LOVE walking barefoot on my new carpet!! Thanks Carey! <br /> I will most certainly refer him to others and will use him again when needed in the future! <br />

Carey was the sales guy and was great. Explained everything and really seemed to care. On installation day, we had a crew of about 4 that were professional and did a great job. Carey stopped by a couple times to make sure things were going well. <br /> I would definitely recommend using these guys. <br />

The salesman came to the house with carpet samples based on our telephone conversation. When he didn't have anything we were very interested in, he left the house briefly to return with another sample based on our further conversation. The last sample was exactly what we were looking for in our new carpet. They were running a promotion for buy 2 rooms, get 1 room free along with an Angie's List coupon for $100 off. Our den is large enough to be 5 rooms along with our office as one room. The price was better than we had seen with the big box stores. <br /> Installation took the better part of a day to complete, but it was an amazing job. The crew was very professional.

THE VERY HARD WORKING 3 GENTLEMAN BEGAN AT 8:AM AND DID NOT STOP UNTIL THEY WERE COMPLETELY FINISH. ALL BED AND FURINTURE WAS PUT BACK AND THEY FOUND IT. THEY WORK ETHICS WAS OVER THE TOP. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN. MR CAREY HUNTER OF DALTON CARPET OF ATLANTA WAS WONDERFUL WITH HIS FOLLOW UP. Contract signing made easy by driving to my office location at my selected time. Install was on time and looks great. Carey visited the site to make sure all was going well. Furniture was moved and placed back into rooms with no damages or problems.

This was my first experience with flooring installation and everything went well from beginning to end. The price was very affordable for the quality of the product and service that we received. From the very beginning the representative was very polite and professional. He explained the full process and answered all of my questions (and I had several) thoroughly. he was also very helpful in assisting me with selecting the best quality product needed based on they type of foot traffic that we expected. <br /> <br /> The installation process also went very smoothly. The team of installers did an excellent job with th entire project. We have been in our location for 20 months and have had multiple events monthly and the flooring still looks like new. I look foward to working with Dalton Carpets of GA again when we open our next location.
