Carpet sale was pleasant Work was performed in an efficient , timely and through manner. Installers were polite; were done in about two hours; and took all the old carpet plus scraps from the new carpet. Overall great job!

"The reason for the Hardwood buckeling there was to much moisture in their floor. It was not recommended to install it in that area but they wanted it anyways. We sent the installer to repair the floor with no charge they gave the installer a tip the store did not receive any money for the repair. We offered to replace the floor with carpet with no charge and haven't heard from them. They requested $500.00 refund and we told them we would do it.The problem is not our fault its the moisture in the floor."

The job was actually two separate incidents within the same month. First I went to their store looking for an inexpensive but quality carpeting for my basement stairs. Max, one of the sales reps, was very helpful and directed me to a large number of carpet remnants rolls where I found the perfect multicolored Berber which was just what I wanted. The installer and his assistant showed up on time and did a great job, finishing very quickly. The stairs looked so good I decided to push up my plans on replacing the carpet in my den/TV room. This is the only room in my house that is not over a basement, just a crawl space, making the floor persistently cold in the winter. Max was once again very helpful in finding just what I was looking for. The installer was the same gentleman who came for the stairs but this time had no assistant with him. The old carpet and pad was removed, the new laid without difficultly. I had to call the store/MAX with a problem within a day of finishing the job due to finding a lump that would not lay flat near the center of the room. The installer was sent out promptly and upon pulling up the carpet found that a piece of padding that should have been thrown away was the problem. This was quickly fixed and I have been very happy with the finished job.

When Nate Lowe removed the laminate planks he did this in a hurry and ruined the tongue and groove on many planks, also many had dents and none are reusable. l will have to buy new laminate flooring and now pay again to have it installed. Do have a certified laminate flooring inspector on site if you hire Nate Lowe to install laminate flooring. Do make sure he has read the manufacturing installation instructions by watching him install planks. Do have him show you first how he installs transition molding as he prefers quarter round even in areas where the manufacturer warranty require transition molding. Don't expect him to be on time by hours or days. Do be prepared to supply tools like calk gun, blade sharpner, expansion spacers, and tap blocks for installation.

"Dalton Flooring was not involved in this matter in any way. We received nothing such as money or anything. Product was not bought thru us or neither was the labor. Nate is not an installer for us. He did job for friend of his mother he said Dalton Flooring knew nothing of complaint until we see email. We wish you to remove this from your website because we handle any complaint we get within 24 hours. We also have a 5 start rating with BBB. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES BEFORE. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME AND DO A GREAT JOB LAYING THE CARPET. THEY HAVE FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM.

THEY CAME INTO MY HOME TO REPLACE ALL OF MY BASEBOARDS AND DID THE MOLDING. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS FANTASTIC. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND I BELIEVE THEY GOT IT ALL DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE GUYS WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.
