Damahco Ousley Contracting and Construction

Original cost of our job was $8400.we gave them a deposit of $2800.They sent an unlicensed electrician to our home who cut 17 holes in the ceiling ,wrapped electric wires around copper pipes ,and removed our existing can lights that were to be left in place.They sent unskilled drywall crew to remove popcorn who left approx.4 inch edges of popcorn on ceiling .Knocked 2 holes in walls with their equipment,coated our rough cedar beams with texture,ruined the walls with large water stains,cost to repair the damage done was $4943.cost to remove old flooring and replace with new was $5675..The full amount this project cost us was $13,418.They refuse to refund the deposit and are in fact calling us saying we owe them another approx.$300 for work done. .We are preparing a case for small claims court at this time to recover the 5018.00 extra that they cost us or at the very last a refund of our deposit.We have photos and video of the damages but our attorney has asked us not to post them at this time.

quotes me $400 for the roof maintenance when I had already paid the $49 to have it done!!! RIP OFF

All in all was a great experience! Sales man was very nice and helpful. Damahco the owner was very nice and worked with me to get it done!

Provider (Ousley Contracting & Construction) had issues in timing and doing the actual work: 1) Timing: - did not call to set up appointment; customer had to call and then wait to be called back in 4 days; - on day of initial appointment (1/10/16), missed time of appointment; after scheduling a new date (1/12/16), was early and then promised followup, but made no further contact. 2) Work completion: - there was only a superficial visual inspection from the ground, same as homeowners can conduct by themselves. Even though homeowners named a specific area of concern, no one climbed up on the roof to inspect and mend leaky areas. - after brief visual inspection, provider said a whole pipe may need to be replaced and promised to provide further cost & timing estimate on 1/12/16. Provider has not called back since.
