Very pleased with the service. My garage door stopped operating, would not go up or down but I could hear the motor trying to work. The technician diagnosed the problem immediately, and repaired it quickly. He was very pleasant and helpful and I thought the price reasonable for the service. I would definately use them again.

This was a big job. Trevor came out a bit later than time quoted, however he removed the entire wall (inside and out) and installed the door on that day. Trevor was efficient and clean during the job. He came out the following day to install the opener and removed all the debris from the tear down. The new door improved the exterior of my home! The belt driven opener is silent and all works flawlessly. The price was surprisingly fair. I highly recommend Damian Douglas.

Thank you Damian Douglas Garage Door Service! My mom's torsion spring broke on a Sunday night, leaving her door stuck in the open position. Unfortunately, she called another company who responded and quoted her $1,000 for the installation of a spring conversion kit. Not wanting to pay $1,000, she asked that tech if he could simply get the garage door closed until she could shop around. He said he could and charged her $240 to cut two cables and lower the door ($99 was the after-hours response fee which was fair). Not knowing any better, she paid it so her garage wasn't open all night. Luckily, my mom contacted Damian Douglas Garage Door Repair the next morning and he stated he would install the conversion kit for $275, parts and labor-only $35 more than the other company charged her for cutting two cables! I feel that other company was obviously trying to take advantage of my mom, who is older and widowed. Thank you so much for your great pricing, honesty, integrity, and quality work. You've earned a lifetime customer. A++

Great! He knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it and checked, oiled and adjusted other parts.

He came, he stared at it, and it started working right again - it must have realized it had met it's match, and gave up it's protest. Seriously, The tech got here, and we could not make the opener malfunction like it had been. I paid him for his time, and we were all satisfied; the door has not malfunctioned since. Damian-Douglas has always been a most helpful and amenable business to work with for us.

Angie's List was still contacting me to review this job, even though a year had passed, and my memory was not fresh. Damian called to clarify, and was able to very patiently remind me of performed services I had forgotten. I was correct in that the problem wasn't solved, but they did everything they could to make me happy, and I have no doubt they will continue to do so. If the job had been fresher in my memory, and I weren't so frustrated with my inability to correct this admittedly sporadic problem, I wouldn't have been so **** ** them. Nobody else could find it either.
