As much as I would like to say that my husband or I did "our due diligence" when it came to the home buying process, unfortunately, we did not. We knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a home. All we knew is we had decent credit scores, we'd finally saved the money for the down payment/closing costs & we had good paying jobs. In other words, we were ready, but didn't know where to start. We had had 4 other realtors prior to Dana but none of them gave off the "I'm here to help you" vibe like Dana. My biggest concern was that we were going to get another realtor who wasn't going to give it their all in helping us get the best deal for our buck but Dana did her thing. Dana was resourceful and very knowledgeable. I loved how she listened to our requests & discussed our options with us. I loved the fact that she was completely honest with us & kept it real & the thing I really appreciated about her was the fact that she went hard for us. Meaning, she asked questions for us that she knew that we wouldn't have known to ask, she wouldn't let us sign a shady contract (even though there was 2 that we would've moved forward on had she not firmly told us "no, she didn't like its terms"), & she didn't have us wasting time looking at houses that she knew we weren't interested in... I could go on & on... & really this review doesn't do the awesome job she did with us justice I was so comfortable with her that I felt like I was going house shopping with my mom. We were so confident that she was going to help us get a great deal that we trusted & heavily relied on her judgement & expertise & she delivered. She found us an excellent deal with our house. We've been in our home for almost a year now & whenever we receive a document regarding our home or if I have any questions related to our home, such as taxes or homestead or protesting taxes any of that stuff, I call/text Dana & even to this day, she comes to the rescue Dana Meeks... Best realtor ever

My husband and I both work and are very involved with our communities. We don't have a lot of time to spend researching and looking at a lot of houses. We ended up getting our loan through Quicken Loans and they assigned us Dana. Quite honestly Dana was very easy to work with and very responsive. Her attention to detail on the homes that we walked through was very thorough and she thought about things I wouldn't have thought about. She took care of details, made recommendations and handled paperwork on time and helped me think about things I wouldn't normally think about but left the decision up to us - without being pushy. I am so thankful for Dana because it made it that much easier on our family when purchasing a new home.

Thanks Dana Meeks! Fist of all i am a first time buyer. I knew nothing about credit and what credit score i needed to get a house. I absolutely knew nothing. Dana set me up with someone who helped me bring bring up my credit score and how to do that. I was able to be approved for a house. Dana showed me many houses. We saw houses every week. Sometimes we spent 2 days out of the week looking at many houses in different areas. Dana had shown me houses in the price range i was looking at. Dana was very professional and had a good attitude when showing me homes. She also showed me things about homes with could be an issue later. This helped me to avoid buying a home that i might have issues with later. Even after buying a home, Dana has called just to see how im doing and if everything is good with the house. Sometimes i call her with i have questions about refinancing, and even who i need to get a hold of to find out where my pipes run so i can plant a tree. Dana has been a big help. Since buying my house, she has also sold houses to my other 2 friends. All of us had no idea about how to get into a house but she has been able to put us all into homes in different price ranges and areas. One of my friends had a nightmare with their realtor. I told my friend why he would even deal with issues like that. I had no issues with Dana and everything was very easy. He went with Dana and he was very relieved and is in a nice home in a great area. If you are considering buying a home or selling one, I would go with Dana.
