All our home inspections include radon testing utilizing one of our continuous radon monitors; sewer lateral inspection and video with report and termite inspection with report on NPMA33. Very forthcoming with all of the information, explained things very well, amnd even gavce some references, he wa so patient since we are fist time home buyers and he took the time to explain all of the aspects of teh inspection and report. He was very thorough and detailed, I would definitely hire him again and refer him to others.

Very detailed from top to bottom, and even gave me a priority list to make sure I was completely prepared. He even continued to help me out after I moved in, we had an issue with a water leak, he took the time to meet with me to help me buy the parts to fix it on a weekend. He's a stand up guy with a lot of knowledge and really goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to others.
