Daniel's Remodeling

To begin with, he has no knowledge of what he claimed he can do. Not even the basic steps. I have to argue with him and we finally agreed on how it should be done. Then he started the job and disappeared for 2 weeks giving me all the excuses you can think in the world. When I finally ask him to return back the $600 he took to buy material he only gave back $200 but all I have is a messed up back yard, 10 bags of 60 pound cement mix and 4 concrete wire meshes. very disappointed!

The only good thing I can say about Daniel is that he was polite and he showed up on time....until he did not. His work showed that he takes no pride in what he does. He lied about cleaning up his mess, he left several things unfinished and did not come back to fix the things he d completely butchered. He took my money knowing he had not completed the job and had I not said anything he would have left it as is. He did come back but still could not complete it. He agreed to come back the following day but was a no show and did not respond to my text. I was too overwhelmed by the entire experience to call him back and honestly did not have faith by this point that he d do a good job completing it. He did give me a fair quote as he said he likes to offer that to a new client in hopes of future referrals. I absolutely would not hire home again and definitely would not refer him. He is not knowledgeable of what he s doing, takes shortcuts, does not pay attention to details and does a rush job. Now I have to hire someone else to fix all the things he s done completely wrong.

YES I RECOMMEND FOR OUR COMMUNITY, TO HAVE MR.DANIEL, FROM THE EXPERIENCING THE WORK HE DID ON FIXING MY ROOF. DANIEL, DID A GREAT JOB. THANK YOU MR. DANIEL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

He is good at what he is doing, and treated my home like it was his own!

He is really good man and he provides good customer service! He gets the job done and cleans up.
