Whatever Daniel Maldonado promised was not true. I've paid downpayment for couple of projects, for all materials he asked, almost one year has passed since I've hired him but he wasn't able to finish even one project. However, he is very good in finding excuses related to family and health issues. He showed up couple of times but he wasn't be able to do framing, plumbing, wiring, ceiling and etc. I end up with lost time and money. He must be still hunting for someone else's hard earned money as I saw his webpage and fake reviews, and photos where he looks like working with his crew. So I'd like to warn you guys. Beware and don't be his next prey!

Started but never finished. Fully paid but never bought or installed subfloor, or bathroom. Broke glass on new ceiling fan, broke glass on new vanity light, shower doors put in inside out..leaks. Outlets lefts undone, never fi ished painting....pretty much left a whole mess and nothing completed, even after getting full paid. Been dealing with this for 2 months now and was trying to be patient and give Daniel Maldonado a chance to finish.. Actually Being nice with this review.

I bought new house with though to remodel it. I saw them on Angi and Yelp. I gave all money they asked as a down payment and they promised to start to work next day. After getting down payment they haven't show up. They came only once for 2 hours then left with promises to come next day before 8am. I gave many chances to show up but they couldn't make it. I've ben locked at home waiting them during weekdays and weekends. I couldn't go outside to spend my time with family or shop. They even say "we are coming in 1 hour or 30 mins" but again don't come. I need my refund to hire another contractor. If Angi or any legal institution can help me to get my refund I'll appreciate.

I am beyond pleased with my kitchen and the way Daniels contracting performed each task. He is a very polite and informative contractor and gave me great ideas for my kitchen, even when I changed my mind on some things he always made sure that I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend Daniels contracting to anyone that’s needs work done. Thank you Daniel I love my kitchen

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The siding is falling down. They did not complete the job. Asked to be paid off early and then did not complete the work. Left their equipment here. Would show up at 4pm and work until Midnight on weekdays! The drywall they put up isn't sealed and you can see the sunlight in the room through the cracks. The linoleum they put down is messed up as they cut it in patches and 6 windows were put in of which 2 don't match. One of the screens is wrapped. Had another construction company come out and they said they have to tear it all down and start over. We still have the leak!

i hired Daniel in the beginning of February. Its March 22. The job is incomplete. I am left without use of my kitchen. I gave Daniel many chances to show up and I was left with empty promises and a terrible mess that no other contractor wants to deal with. I was duped and scammed.

I signed a contract with Daniels Contracting for the fabrication of a 12 by 12 all metal shed, with a cinder block foundation and a stone floor. The requirement for a permit before starting the project was explicitly stated on the contract. I paid a 50% deposit for materials. After 6 weeks there was no record at the county that a permit had ever been applied for, even though he told me on 3 separate occasions that he had already obtained the permit. When he showed up to start the shed build, he did not have a permit, and they only brought 10 cinder blocks and 2 bags of mortar. He started suggesting changes to the agreed upon construction materials. I cancelled the project. Six more weeks have passed and Daniels Contracting has not refunded my deposit.

"You cheated me buy hiring me for some shed and than put me two cut down two huge trees with the prize of like 5,000$ for only 1,100 and had workers stake up his wood and dumped all the trash waste of two trees like 60 feet by 4 wide. After trees were cut than he tells me his wants two change his mine l have prof with all of my guys and all how could sit there and tell a store when all ready had all studs some of the bricks and cement that fitted in my car cuz had no truck cuz was in accident and l will contact Angie list and make a report for this hour doing for shore hope u know what this called mr [Member Name Removed] l had a weird feeling about u man acting like Someone your not"

Daniel and his crew did a good job with the renovations in my kitchen, however, he is unreliable on scheduling. If you have unlimited time to spend waiting for him to arrive at the time he promised, then you will probably be satisfied with his work. However, when he promises to arrive at a certain time, he does not, and he does not call to reschedule or explain why he is not coming as agreed upon.

They did a great job! They had to cut into the wall to make the top fit. It came out awesome. They cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely use them again
