After examining the rugs, Daniel advised we should not have the larger rug cleaned, only because he felt it was not of a high quality and might be damaged in the cleaning process. So, we had the other two rugs cleaned. He also suggested we purchase rubber-backed padding to further protect our hardwood floors, which we did. The rugs were returned on time, the odor is gone, and they look brand new. We would recommend his services to friends.

<p>Excellent service! Very punctual and friendly. Daniel responded to my initial e-mail regarding whether or not his company cleaned oriental rugs. Then he told me they were not far away and would provide pick up and delivery for the rug and quoted me a very good price. He inspected the rug upon pick up - told me it was well constructed and that he expected no problems with the cleaning.</p> <p>I gave him a date I could get it back - was having hardwood floors installed in the interim, and when I called him to tell him I was ready for it, he brought it out the very next day. I was very pleased with the cleaning and would not hesitate to use this company again for other carpet cleaning in my home. I feel the price of $340 for and 8 by 10 rug was very fair because oriental rugs need to be cleaned by hand and need special care. I did not have any pet stains, just needed a normal cleaning and it came out well.</p> <br />

The rugs came back beautifully cleaned! They were as new. Daniel gave us a price right away. Included in that price were four new rug pads. He was very courteous, professional and punctual. <br />

The carpets looked wonderful when they were all done. They were even able to get the stain out of the bedroom carpet. The men were friendly and sociable. Although maybe a little to much depending on how much you really want to chat. I would recommend them and will use them again. The only other thing is I think the business would be a little more professional looking if the crew was wearing matching shirts. Maybe even with the company name. (just my opinion) <br />

Great... Daniel does a great job. The room for improvement lies with the back-office. They have issues getting inquires for scheduling service via there web site and for auto annual scheduling. Other than that, the quality of their service is excellent and worth the what I perceive to be a higher price than other local providers. <br />

We've been using Daniels for nearly 5 years, and we've always had good experiences. They do quality work, are professional and friendly, and are always responsive to any issues or concerns. As an example, they recleaned a rug that had a lingering chemical smell without hesitation.

Everything turned out well. They had the best price and did a great job with the cleaning. The only issue, however, was that it took two or three calls before they got in touch with us, and they had to reschedule at one point.

It was an expensive undertaking, but this was because Daniel and his assistant cleaned the rugs by hand which is a tedious process. It also requires special equipment which Daniel possessed. Furthermore, they had pick up and delivery service, completed the work on time, and did a beautiful job. In fact, the rugs look like new.

I think it is always a sticker shock when you hire someone to clean your carpets but it is something that has to be done. I procrastinate about spending the money but I am always happy with the difference a clean carpet makes. <br /> Daniel arrived on time, provided an accurate cost for the carpet cleaning based on his price per square foot. He also honored the Angie's List coupon without question. <br /> The carpets came out great. The high traffic areas that were soiled looked clean and the carpeting overall looked very fresh. <br /> I will be using Daniel's Floor Care without hesitation for my carpet cleaning needs. <br />
