Did not meet expectations, I would not rehire. check references and website if its up. We went with Angies reviews and they cant be real. Do your homework. Never wrote a review before wish his website was up when making a decision. When we saw it seems there was a veer similar bad experience to ours on there. I hope Angies List reviews this and adjusts his scores. I'm very sorry I had to go this route.

Needed deck stained and he came in very short notice. It came out great! Would definitely hire again.

Amazing. Daniel was the first to respond when we put out Internet requests... showed up that day to give us an estimate… Gave us a good price for the power washing and for the staining… However… A pleasant surprise was he also cleaned our deck furniture for us thank you very much Daniel.... and before staining he realized he wanted to sand it and he sanded the entire deck it looks gorgeous… We wanted a translucent stain… The store didn’t have any ...he tried the best thing to it… We said it was acceptable but we really wanted clear… So he waited till a shipment came in the next day and got us the clear… This deck looks new! And as he went along if there were any nails that were coming out he hammered them all back in again ...sanded it smooth, stained it beautiful. We paid a little more for the sanding but in the end we have one new-looking gorgeous deck. We found out Daniel does other type work also and we will probably call him again within the year. You cannot go wrong hiring Daniel! He’s particular in his execution!

Daniel was very polite, and bent over backwards to please us on a job that involved several different aspects. We should have provided more supervision on the exterior painting job, as there were issues with preparation and materials. (E.g., using spray paint as a primer, and choosing the wrong materials to use for some boards that had to be replaced.) While the choice of to hire or not is either yes or no, I would say "maybe"--depending on the project,.

Richard went above and beyond what I expected. He was clean, on time, and actually finished ahead of schedule. I have had family over recently and they kept complimenting me on the work. He also performed the work while I was gone and he was alone in the house- I felt comfortable the entire time with him there.
