If you call them for an estimate, they will charge you $150.  This amount, so they say, will be deduced from the repair work.  Make sure that this is understood before you allow them to proceed and that you have something in writing.  If they say that they will email you an invoice or receipt, you may never receive it.  They will, however, email you a lengthy contract that needs to be signed on multiple pages and initialed on every page.  You will need some time to read through all of it.  It's quite lengthy.  If you call them and ask that the invoices/receipts be emailed to you as they promised, it may do you no good.  After about a week since my last contact with them, I am still waiting.   i go to Angie's list to find professionals.  Although the work provided was satisfactory, this contractor is off my list for any future services.   <br>

John arrived to review the damage, and determined it was minor - only two edging tiles needed replacing, however the underlayment needed patching to prevent leaks. Job was completed by Billy three days later. He took the time to lift adjacent tiles to patch the underlayment, replaced nails, replaced the broken tiles, also removed leaves in an area where two slopes meet. Note: they do charge $125 to give an estimate, which is refunded if you have them do the work. <br />

The company's response time was amazing! Everyone I spoke to and came into contact with was very helpful, personable and attentive to my needs. I haven't had this kind of treatment in many many years! The customer service went above and beyond. I didn't have a leak in the roof, I had pigeons living on the roof with a big nest and lots of pigeon mess. I asked them who I would have to call to take care of the pigeon mess and they said no one. They promptly took care of it and I was delighted. I also felt that their fee was great. I had called around to some other companies about cleaning up the pigeon mess and they would have charged me double what I paid to Dan Keen Services, Inc. It was an all around winning situation and I will recommend them to everyone! <br />

Perfect in every way! HOA sent me a letter demanding I replace the tile in 10 days or be fined $50. I needed service and needed it quickly. I am on a tight budget and Dan Keen Services came to my home within 3 days and rescued me. I thought the replaced tile would stick out and would be an eye sore. Not so! <br /> Dan Keen found the perfect match and blended it in nicely. Very happy with the services provided! On time and on budget. Thanks Dan Keen Services!

Even though I was traveling out of town, Dan Keen services was still able to come and work on my roof in the time frame that was quoted. I dealt with Arthur, who performed the inspection and quote for the work. Quality of the work and clean up were done well, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed.I would recommend Dan Keen for any roof repair or replacement. <br /> <br />

Keen Services proved profession honest service.  The service people were courteous and prompt.  All jobs performed  by them were handled with my cost conscious consideration.  They listened to my preferences and added suggestions that were very helpful.  I was made to feel like I had a friend helping me remodel my house.  Clean up was promptly done as repairs were made.  When they left my home the only thing left behind was a good job.  I will always call them for any future repairs and I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a foreclosure property and was in way over my head. A friend of mine from work recommended Dan  Keen services, (he had just had his roof repaired after the last storm and had good things to say about them).  I had several items that needed attention so I was a bit hesitant to trust one specific contractor. But I figured I would at least start there.  When I spoke to Kathy from dispatch she put my mind at ease, she was very personable and professional. Kathy scheduled a technician by the name of Arthur to came out and assess my roof, I had a ventilation problem and leaks on part of it. Arthur was not only on time, which I was refreshing, but also very helpful in working with me on prioritizing what needed to be done without trying to drain my pocket book. He actually fixed my roof issues the same day !!! I was so impressed by the service I did what I told myself I wouldn't do and inquired about other things that I needed help with, like plumbing, electric and some dry wall issues. Arthur contacted a  technician at Keen by the name of John.... Now I have to say being a single lady I am very hesitant to be alone and I was very intimidated by having men in and out of my house. But when John came out to inspect I felt like I had my brother helping me, he wasn't pushy or arrogant at all, he was extremely personable and professional, it was nice to be able to trust what he recommended. He helped me fix everything on my list within my budget and the workers that came out with him were respectful and helpful as well. I really can't express how great my experiences with Keen services have been.I was very impressed by the quality of their work as well and it definitely added to the value of my home which will help when I go to resell it!
