Only reason gave a B on the price is because I did not shop around and did not compared prices. I hired them because they have very good reviews. However I did think the price was fair for the work they have to perform.

Danny's was referred to us by our realtor for a pre-purchase septic inspection and cleaning. Appointment set for 2 business days later and they called and arrived when expected. Technician explained septic tank caps were crumbling due to age and additional concrete poured over tank years ago (but under soil so not visible). Need new tank but otherwise working. Quoted price for new tank so we were informed what we were getting. Will call them back when time to replace.

I called twice to be sure how much they will charge., After made the appointment, they never told me they been in my house before, so at that time after the cleaning, which I ask the professional before he did the price again, told me like 100 dollar more, and when i ask they said because i did back in 2011 and prices when up, but is not the same tank and not the same house. My house was rebuilt in 2013, and new tank was added, so after an argument the other guy told the office my tank was smaller than before. But here is the good part, after they finished told me if I want to clean the filter is 80 dollars more!!!!!! WHAT????? so why they didn't said nothing before, and how can you clean a tank without cleaning the filter??? So i paid for half of the JOB. No way i will call them back.

"I’m sorry you weren’t happy . Filter cleaning is always additional 79$ more if you have a filter . Ever single company charges for filter cleaning. Our price is based on the capacity of your tank 1000 gallons or less 225, 1200 gallons 255 , 1500 gallons is 337.50 and 2000 gallons is 450$ . If you upgraded your tank or had a new tank installed since the year of 1996 all new tanks have outlet filters on them that need to be cleaned at the time of service and to get to the filter we have to dig the second lid opened therefore we always charge 79$ additional. Our prices are upfront and clear to anyone who calls if you don’t know you have a filter and your house was built before. The year of 1996 the office won’t even mention the filter cleaning price when the technician gets there and opens the tank they can tell if you have a filter that’s why he was mentioning that fee to you . If you have a filter and refuse cleaning it in two weeks when the tank fills up to normal level and the filter was clogged which usually is why the tank isn’t draining properly you will be right back in the same situation as. You were before and that’s why we always mention the filter in the office if your home was built from 1996 to current. I will pull the invoice from 2011 to see what we did before . All of us take our sewage to the dump and are charged by the gallons to dump it that’s why we charge the customer based on the gallaonage . If your tank size is 1000 gallons and when we take off the lid and the sewage is touching the lid , or covering the inlet pipe from the house or if the drainfield isn’t working and dumping in water. From the back end of the tank that would be more gallonage we pump so a 1000 tank would normally be 1000 but that’s why we always give the next gallonage price when people call . Everything with your septic system on the installation side requires permits example new tank install or new drainfield install must have permits pulled if that didn’t happen it will cost the homeowner to do everything over again with permits or will cost the homeowner money because things weren’t done up to code . They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, told me that my septic system did not have a screen which would have been an additional cost, suggested that some of the plants be removed (which I've done). The price that I was given on the phone was the price, minus the $10.00 coupon from Angie's List that I paid. Cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

This is the best septic service I have ever used. My experience in the past has been that every time a company comes they want to do all kinds of additional work ($$$$$) but these gentlemen came and performed the service and were gone within 30 minutes. Found them listed as an A and they lived up to that rating.

Pointed out an issue with my damaged lid while servicing, quoted a price for replacing it and the work was done same day. Took the time to answer questions I had about my system. Will definitely use them in the future when their service is needed. <br />
