My experience with him was fine. He did a fine job and I have no complaints. He did what he supposed to do, at the price that he quoted. Everything went fine and I will use him again in the future.

Dan came while I was gone, met with my husband and did a great job of removing the stains and also did a protective (scotchguard -like) coat over it... It has stayed better than a lot of other shampoos and am ready to call them again....

Dan is very prompt and came early on the agreed upon date. He always looks over the job and provides an estimate that you discuss before starting the job. He then jumps right in and gets the work done. I think he goes the extra mile and also will explain to you how to get stains out yourself in a way that won't damage your carpet. He is very good if you have pets, and he was even attentive to my little dog who wanted his attention. Dan is professional and does his best to get your carpet clean- I've used him multiple times in two different houses. Can't recommend him enough!

Dan and I talked over the phone and he gave me an estimated price for how much it would cost to do the work. We arranged the day and time for when he would come. Dan gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before the appointment and showed up right on time. He did a visual inspection before he started and gave me a final price which had adjusted because of the numerous stairs there are (3 flights.) He moved the furniture that was in the way and went to work. The tough stains got special attention and every spot was removed. After he was done he went over everything again with a carpet protector and assured me it would be safe (for me and the cats) to walk over the carpet immediately, without having to wait. The carpet dried quickly and I was very pleased with the final results.

He worked hard to remove a bad stain. He was successful. He also moved my heavy furniture which most others won't do.
