Dan's Handyman Services

Dan claimed to have experience and skills in several areas. However, he did a poor job installing a few base cabinets, ready to install the countertop, kitchen sink, and simple plumbing to the sink in a small gallery kitchen. He did a poor job adjusting the lazy Susan cabinet door, caulking around the countertop, and setting the kitchen sink in place. He used excessive caulking and it looks like a mess. He tried to install plumbing under the sink resulting in a mess of pipes and could not connect it to incoming water pipes. Had to get a new plumber to tear out his plumbing and replace it with correct fixtures. He tried to replace some drywall and wood paneling. Again, not finished and is a mess to be redone by a new handyman. Dan is a very personable man and maybe meant well or maybe just wanted the high wages I paid him. Anyway, I would have appreciated him just telling me he did not have the skills to perform the jobs. Rather than making false claims and doing a poor job.

Very personable, caring about his work and has great suggestions to assist me with the items I am not able to do.

He has. A good time line .. It don't take them a year to finish a job.

Very satisfied with Dan’s work. Would definitely recommend him. Installed my dishwasher and disposal and cleaned up his mess afterwards. Gave me a price upfront and it was the same price at the end.
