We moved into a new home to find out that hot water was not working in our main shower (home inspection fail!).  We called Dan's plumbing based on their Angie's list reviews.  They responded quickly and came out to our home the same day to begin repairs.  They discovered that the problem was bigger than they had the tools or time for so they came back the next day.  They were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the entire process.  They had to cut holes in our drywall to access the pipes and they did so in a way that made it easy for us to repair.  They even gave us tips on repairing the drywall.   Would highly recommend this company. <br />

I had used this plumber two years ago and my mom used them earlier this year. Both times they were punctual and personable. However both experiences required a second visit to complete a simple task. It was a big waste of time. <br />

<p>Jim was very helpful in assisting us in selecting a new toilet and even had his plumber pick up the new toilet for us.  As usual they did a fine job- removing the old toilet, installing the new one and cleaning up the area.</p>  Would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. <br />

Gary came in, introduced himself and went straight to the problem.  He shut off the cold water at the manifold with something attached to the manifold.  He then opened the screw on the manifold and had me turn on the main water valve.  Something shot out of the cold water showerhead that was lodged in the pipe.  Showerhead was cleared and problem was solved.  Gary put the thing back together and wallah!!!!!!!  Nice to have hot and cold water again in the shower.........  Took him about 20-30 minutes to correct the problem.  Gary called 1/2 hour before showing for the window that was given me.  I would definitely recommend Dan's Plumbing to anyone having a water problem. <br />

The serviceman came to the house on time and was very polite. He asked me what needed fixing and got right to work. The sink in the bathroom took about an hour to clear and the placement of the new sink in the kitchen took about an hour and a half. They charge $95 per hour. They did charge me extra for parts but they were parts that I needed. There was also a trip charge added. The serviceman was vey professional and explained all the charges on the bill see the charges were clear. If anything I would say that I should have checked that both the sink and bathtub was draining correctly before he left because that same evening I noticed that my tub was backing up and not draining, but it was just fine the day before. I'm pretty sure the two issues are connected. Overall, the experience was good I would probably recommend them again. <br />
