When we were under contract to buy our house, we agreed with the seller to split the cost of repaving the driveway because the old one was in pretty bad shape. The contract called for 2" minimum overlay. The work was done and we closed in the end of December. At first, the pavement looked fine. Then, sometime over the next couple of months, we started noticing aggregate coming loose, more and more until there were actual "bald spots". You could see very clearly there never was 2" of overlay in those areas. I have photographs which show this problem very clearly. Naturally, when the problem developed, I contacted the paver. He goes under a number of different company names. Our job was done under "Dan the Paver". When I called, he got annoyed right away and angrily told me to call back in the spring. I did and he kept telling me he would come out, even set dates and times on a few occasions and never showed. I even offered to make his return less of a loss by offering to still hire him to do the sealing work at the same time. I gave him a final warning that I would have to have the problem repaired and I would then have to go after him in Court. He still blew me off. To be perfectly fair, most of the driveway is holding up OK. But the area that was bad was extremely bad and showed that he did not keep his contract promise to put down 2" of material. That, and his very poor attitude and lack of integrity about coming back to take care of the problem make this firm a very bad choice.

Fantastic job. 1850 square foot patio with paving stones. Job was started when promised, and they worked 12 hour days until completed (one and a half weeks). Excellent quality. I highly recommend this company.

Their attention to detail and desire to put their craftsmanship and reputation above all else to ensure the highest quality product was ultimately delivered was clear from the first conversation with Dan and continually delivered on throughout the project with the entire team.

It was great and very smooth! They needed a lot of room to work because it required some machines. The crew was very friendly. With 20 years of experience Dan was very knowledgable and was able to direct his crew to do the job efficiently. Unlike most pavers we've dealt with in the past, they used a high quality soil stabilizer. Dan spent around 2-3 hours inspecting my backyard to give me a very accurate estimate and provided some great recommendations.

Dan and his crew were great, always on time or early. They removed all old and disposed of debris each day. Installed new exactly as had been discussed. Extremely hard workers and perfectionists at making everything fit perfectly. Entire job was completed in three and half days. Was like coming home to different house. Had hard rain storm day they finished, next morning everything was perfect, just as had been discussed. We used to have large puddles on patio after rain, they graded where new patio is so water flows away from patio and into ground. They even spread all the excess topsoil they removed from old patio into all bare spots we have (had) in our yard. Great attention to detail.
