Excellent service. Answered emails and phone calls right away. Patrick and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job taking down this tree with no damage to my dock. Good clean up afterwards. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely hire again.

They did a beautiful job and performed the work exactly as I had requested; I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The crew was professional and polite, they worked quickly and cleaned up every single branch without disturbing any existing landscaping. They made good suggestions and I was very impressed with their plant knowledge and how responsive they were to my requests.

Darell Emel's was very responsive at first when I had the incident.  They provided expert advice which lead to me removing all three trees.  An arborist was the estimator.  The estimate matched the final price.  The crew showed up when they said they would, the job was clean and professional.  The only problem was that this was a busy time for them and they needed a piece of equipment to remove the tree from  my neighbor's yard and did not have the piece that would accomplish the job so they came out a week later to finish because the equipment was being used on some other project.  They do respond to emergency situations but are limited based on equipment and promised jobs.  Overall, it was a better experience than I had expected. <br />

The trees were taken down and cut into 18 inch sections.  The sections were left in pile so that I could later split them for fire wood.  All branches were chipped up and hauled away.

The tree were cut, branches ground up and trees cut into 18 inch pieces. I then used a gas splitter to split the pieces. <br />

It went great!  They responded to our call for an estimated within a couple of days.  The person explained what needed to be done and how it would be handled by their company.  I had attempted to have another company come out to give us another estimate but they failed to return our call.  My husband and I felt very comfortable with this company and we set up a date for the removal of the trees. <br /> The workers arrived on time.  They were very polite and answered all of our concerns and questions.  The job took approximately 5+ hours.  They took the trees down and cut them into 16 inch lengths as we requested.  They piled them in an area that could be easily assessed.  They shredded the remainder of the trees and asked if we would like some of the shavings for the yard which we did.  They removed all the debris and it looked like they had never been in the yard.  The workers were very efficient and definitely knew what they were doing.  <br />   <br /> The office crew was very friendly and helpful.  It was a pleasure working with this organization and I am sure that we will use them again in the future. <br />

This company was easy to contact and work with. I had trouble finding a company willing to come out for such a small "job" but Darrells had no issue with doing the work and they seemed to take pride in their job. They arrived on time on the day scheduled and immediately went to work. They actually started the job so early that when I woke up, they were outside doing the work already - and they hadn't even woken me up. When I asked the worker if he had tried to get ahold of me he said no that he thought it looked quiet inside and he didn't want to wake anyone up. I thought that was really nice since I have a baby. He took his time doing the job and cleaned up afterward. You can't even tell that there was ever a big ugly stump there! I'm amazed! I can't wait to plant some flowers now. <br />

They had the right equipment for the job, which not all the tree trimmers in the area have; particularly they had a long reach boom truck crane that was necessary to fix some of the heavier stuff that was down on our bank that we cut. They came in when they said they would. They were professional.
