Richard Davis built a shed and new deck on my home. He also installed a metal roof. He never completed the job and gave me excuse after excuse. Left a trailer on my property filled with construction debris. I eventually hired someone to remove the debris. I found out when I hired someone else to complete the work, that what Davis had done was poor quality. The new contractor had to reinforce the foundation of the deck. The deck boards were installed incorrectly, too. Davis never finished putting the roof either. He never installed insulation at the peak and I would have had water and snow get into my attic. Also, he didnâ t use enough screws to hold the roof down when it is windy. He comes across as very knowledgeable, but heâ s not honest, wonâ t finish a job, and is very happy to take your money.

Richard Davis, if that's even his real name, took our money and ran. We ordered a boiler system to replace our old one, which he claimed was delivered and he just needed to install. Tried to contact countless times to set up installation, all with no call back or even a simple text. Now, his phone is disconnected, and website shut down, emails are being returned to us. We gave him $3,500 as a down payment and arranged to pay the rest once installed. If the boiler even exists, it isn't installed. We have receipts, bank records, contact attempts documented, and previous work they did for us documented. I think you know where this is going next. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I gave him money to buy the material and he never bought it and never gave me any material or did any work He never came when he said he would for over 4 months

They have to do the job right or give me back my money. You said you would finish job but never came back to finish the job and used bad quality wood.

Richard Davis was a very friendly person and projected confidence about construction work. Though he may be good at mechanical construction, I learned at a cost and too late that he does not know enough about electrical entrance upgrades. I accepted his quote but he did not complete the work as disgusted. It would not pass inspection per National Grid. A breaker at the meter was needed, but the existing box was used as a junction connection. He installed a new 200 amp electrical entrance but did not even know that the underground wiring was only 100 amp compatible so my new 200 amp box did me no good from my original. He would not make things right without charging me more money. I hired a professional who explained my situation and directed me to make things right. It cost me as much as Richard charged me.

Resolved need repairs on an outside deck within 72 hours.

Work was adequate. They lacked certain essential tools to perform the job. My husband needed to provide these tools for them.

The guys did a great job on my deck and roof repair. Once the job was completed they cleaned everything up nicely, which I truly appreciate. Very satisfied and would recommend.

This company kept me posted throughout the project and completed the project to our satisfaction
