DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone.

A tree limb fell on our roof Friday. DAV came out that day to evaluate the situation and was out on site the next day (Saturday) to get the hole patched and sealed. They were fast but did not sacrifice quality of work.

DAV is a professional, very efficient roofer and we are SO glad we were referred to them by neighbors who were all equally surprised at the wonderful, easy way they roof job went. They helped us all the way through and even drove by a house that I loved the roof of and identified the roof so I got that gorgeous Georgetown Gray !! Our gutters are now a beautiful copper finish and that didn’t cost much more than the boring colors. The people are honest, go the extra mile and are so friendly. The owner is a truly nice man and knows quality materials and techniques and that is why he is successful. 10 plus out of 10!! So proud of how my house looks now!!! All 4 surrounding neighbors used them, because they saw how painless and quick it was and how beautiful it looked.

DAV Construction was attentive to my concerns and were very cooperative in addressing them. They did quality work, and performed according to the schedule that we had agreed upon. My experience with other contractors has never been so favorable: generally they have come with the attitude that the job is theirs for the asking, and would I please stay out of the way. DAV was not like that at all. They were solicitous of my opinions; they were happy to answer any questions that I had; they were ready to adjust to circumstances (you never know how a job will go until you start it). I found them easy to work with, and I am very satisfied with the results.

It was a breeze working with DAV. Mr. Calvin Stanley made the task of replacing my roof so easy. He informed me of every detail up to completion of the job. He was very personable and professional. He was terrific and his crew did a fantastic job.

I had gotten 4 estimates. Among them DAV was the only company to suggest I contact my insurance company as they believed there was sufficient hail damage. While the process of making a claim took longer, I was surprised when I received a check for the cost of replacement less my deductible. The other estimates were in line with the replacement cost. DAV also recommended an eave-level venting system that did increase the cost by approximately $500.

Alex & Mike's team did an awesome job in just under 48 hours and we have a large one story ranch with a 12/1 pitch. Took care of our landscaping and made sure to keep the trash with nails to a minimum at all times. Everyone has gone the extra mile to make sure that we understood about the GAF products and that they are installing the best quality roof. At the end of the day, our roof was better than expected and we would hire them again without any hesitation.

I'm very happy with DAV's service. They served as an advocate for me with my insurance company when a prior claim had been denied, and as a result I have a fantastic new roof and only had to pay my deductible. They kept in touch frequently through the process and accommodated my schedule to be home while the work was being done. I couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend!

I was in need of replacing part of a roof that had a minor leak. Spoke to Alex and within a couple hours he had an employee inspect the roof on late Saturday afternoon. Schedule for work to be perform on Monday guys we’re prompt and efficient and very knowledgeable.

Great, Alex is super professional guy, he also came by the house to make sure there were no problems. He got onto the roof after it was done and checked to make sure it was installed correctly. He check the front and backyard with a magnetic to make sure all the nails were picked up from the yard. He did a great job.

The job went very well. Alex and Michael were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, professional and conscientious. They wanted to make sure the job proceeded just as intended. The crew was very good, and also cleaned up the site at the end of each day. The job was 2 1/2 days long.

DAV was able to come by and complete repairs just days after Harvey arrived. The work was completed quickly and to the satisfaction of both myself and the insurance company. I highly recommend DAV's work and will definitely be calling in the future for quotes anytime roof repairs are needed.

Overall experience with DAV was very positive and Alex was very easy to work with. Quote was reasonable, guys showed up on time, and performed quality work. The removal of the old roof was done in a manner to reduce yard debris. The guys also did a great job cleaning up before leaving. I would recommend their services.
