Dave did an outstanding job! He is prompt, courteous and very thorough.  He did an outstanding job in a fair amount of time.  He just charged his costs for materials, no markup.  I would definitely use his services in the future, I plan on it.

It went Great! Dave scheduled an appointment to preview the job (I purchased a Big Deal), the first appointment Dave rescheduled. But was prompt on the scheduled date to preview job. We talked about options and how to perform work which was to start the very next day. I agreed on the project, Dave mailed me a Job Proposal to sign. When he showed up the next morning promptly I had changed my mind on how I wanted the floor installed. Now the job was going to require the tearing up the kitchen floor to the sub floor level (Dave had recommended I do that the night he previewed the project but I was counting cost). I just knew this was going to 'wrestle Dave's feathers' because now this would involve a longer process and cost and that he make not have been prepared to do.Dave was very kind & courteous and said he would do whatever I wanted (I felt a little embarrassed because I had a change of mind) we agreed upon the additional cost and the work began. He did a great job, the floor looks wonderful and I am very pleased. He just finished the job less than two hours ago. <br /> I have talked with him about doing some additional work. <br /> Thanks Dave <br /> <br />

Dave was prompt professional and courteous throughout the whole project. He also did an excellent carpentry job. I have more work to do on the house before the painters come and I plan on having Dave do that as well. I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors. <br /> <br />

Dave did an outstanding job taking care of these tasks.  He was prompt, professional and experienced.  I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone needing handy man services.  He was the best professional I have hired from Angies List.  Excellent listing. <br />

<p>We've had Dave in before and looked forward to his return. Each of the two bathrooms are with double sinks and the lighting from the builder was always worth replacing. Dave performed sheetrock work plus electrical wiring and painting. The fixtures are centered correctly to their counter-top / sink layouts and the sheetrock patching, needed in each bathroom, was flawless and the paint color was a dead match. It all looks original.</p> <p>Once again, were looking for more work for him to do.</p>

David was great. He's punctual, professional and does quality work. Less than an hour after I left David a message asking for an estimate, he returned my call and came out the next day to take a look at the job. That same day, he emailed me a quote for the work and started the job about one week later. He showed up by 8 a.m. every morning and got as much done as he could, only leaving when he had to so the mud on the drywall and ceiling could dry. He's a very hard worker (I don't even know if he really took any breaks during the day) and finished the job within the timeframe he committed to. Because of the work that needed to be done, David's son also came out to help a couple times. He was equally professional. <br /> The work itself was done very well. After David left, I stood in our empty basement for a good 15 minutes admiring everything. My husband and I are so happy with David's work. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs carpentry work. <br />

<p>Dave, was a project saver. New oak flooring, years back, presented an ongoing threshold problem to our deck’s swinging-door egress from the kitchen area to the outside. Knowing I’m OK with a circular saw and screw driver and not much else, I really needed a professional. Dave, was kind, resourceful and multitalented. The doorway transition looks, functions and operates like it was factory made. Plus we’re now weather tight. Thanks Dave. I’m looking for other projects for you to do . . . </p> <br />

Dave was the best. He was punctual, he was professional, his work is superb! He is the best carpenter I have ever hired. He is a rare guy in that he excels in all aspects of carpentry - from fine, finishing carpentry work to framing. <br />

Dave made the built-in cutting boards according to my instructions and delivered on time. <br />
