I bought an Angie's List deal for window cleaning. They arrived at the early end of the timeframe arranged and got to work quickly. They cleaned inside and out and even did the screens for a small extra fee. They did a great job and I'm very happy with their work. I'd definitely use them again.

Used a Big Deal coupon - service was timely and courteous. Windows cleaned well. Did not read the fine print that removing screens was extra, but this seems reasonable.

I have windows professionally cleaned annually, so, I know what to expect. First off, the cleaning job was good. The windows were, as expected, clear, clean, & spotless. I have no complaints about the look of the windows after the job was completed. However, the professionalism needs some improvement. Dave's attire was really quite sloppy and he wanted to discuss politics. He tried to engage me in this sort of conversation a few times, but, I tried to keep the discussion to a minimum. I find this topic very divisive and personal. Another issue was the dirt and dust that he cleaned from the window seals ended up on my floors and/or furniture next to the windows. I think he used my bathroom sink to discard or rinse something, but, didn't wipe the sink afterwards so it was dirty/gritty. Lastly, the window screen above my kitchen sink was not secured properly after it was cleaned, so it's hanging out a bit, and I'm going to have to wrestle with a ladder to fix it.

My experience was okay. It was good. Dave’s was fine. I may have done a few extra for something and definitely him taking the screens to his shop so that cost extra. The price was really good. What stood out about him is that he seemed to care.

He did an amazing job! It looks like a brand new house! They even removed 2 paned windows that were bolted in and cleaned them inside and outside as well. I couldn't be happier !
