"Thank You very much for the kind words and we look forward to the next projects!"
"Dear [Member Name Removed], I would like to set the record straight as it is very disheartening to receive the D rating. Yes I had to go buy the materials once I arrived as I wanted to double check a couple of things before I made the purchase. I did forget about scraping the ceiling and I had forgot my vacuum cleaner the day I came to complete the work. I did complete both the scrapping of the ceiling and the ventilation fan during my scheduled appointment. When I went to Lowe’s to buy the materials I also purchased a new vacuum cleaner(at my expense)so I could clean up the popcorn ceiling that I scrapped off. You were not charged for the time that I took to get the materials. Regarding the powering for the fan I brought you in and showed you what the issue was and you approved the fan to be powered up with the light. The ceiling was scrapped off and I started the paint in one corner however I stopped because the ceiling was going to need to be sanded and skim coated to make it look good. I again brought you in and showed you what the issues where and you agreed that it would need to be sanded and smoother out. This was not part of the original quote and we agreed to reschedule that portion of the work for a later date. You were only charged the $250.00 for the labor as per the original quote and the materials were extra as it was discussed in the original quote. The materials where 78.96 and you where not charged any tax or mark up on the materials. Again I am really sorry you feel this way and I am sorry I had not had the chance to call this week as I had a very busy schedule. Please feel free to give me a call and we can discuss in further detail. Thanks, Dave"
"Thank You for the kind words and we look forward to working on your future projects!"
