Dave contacted me about this job before 7:00 am, was able to get to my home and finish the job before 10:00 am. He fixed the problem I was having with my walk-in garage door, and now the door closes and latches securely.

Major full, hall bath renovated over ten years ago. Needed clean-up and refresh. Dave repaired ceiling and walls, painted, replaced medicine cabinet, lighting, fan and switches. Also painted hallway and doors. Did a great job. Recommend and would use again.

Everything went very well. I've been a homeowner for more than 50 years and have used a number of handymen and Dave is by far and away the best, most versatile and most accomplished of them all. He is also punctual and very meticulous in his preparation and execution.

Dave was extremely quick in responding to my request and detailed in his assessment of the job. Tile had to be removed to get the old dishwasher removed. Once at our house, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and did it effectively. He is very conscientious and I would definitely use him again.

Our home is a 50's cape cod. What that means in real language is that nothing is square. Everything has settled so that there are indents, misalignments, etc. everywhere! Our dog did some major damage on bay window sill as well. Dave first did work for my husband over 20 years ago. Nothing has changed in all that time. He does the quality work now that he did then. In fact, he's better! He estimated the job, advised me where I could get the best costs on tile and styles (as I wanted to pick out the finishes). Gave me a spot on estimate of the time it would take and - as always - arrived at the hour promised to complete the task. It is beautiful and we absolutely love it! Somehow, he worked his magic to make the lines look straight!

Timely and well done

Dave repaired a couple of holes in our garage drywall, and we were very pleased with his work.

When I contracted with Dave, he gave me estimates that included what it would cost if no posts needed replacement or if posts did need replacement. Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house.

Dave is responsive and punctual. No complaints.
