Excellent. Dave was very professional and made sure we were both on the same page before he started. Took care of the plants as best he could with no gutters. Best service we have had to date and we will use Dave’s again.

Dave did a fantastic job. I was able to get an appointment immediately and he showed up on time. I got a great price too. He noticed mold growing on the side of my house and cleaned it up at a low and fair price. I highly recommend Dave!

Set date for Thursday 1/8/2020 @ 8:30am. Dave showed up on time and cranked out the work and I payed him ! Very professional and cleaned up after himself.

Dave and his team arrived early. They were very quick at assessing the problem areas and coming up with solutions. They did excellent quality work and took time to make sure the plants were not harmed. They were very fast and also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended!

Great. Dave and his helper showed up on time and did the work very quickly and neatly. I'm very pleased to have used this company for the first time and I intend to be a repeat customer. We have a very large roof (about 4500 sq ft) and Dave was able to pull up its information on the computer and give me an estimate when I called for an appointment.

I chose Dave because he makes it a point to be onsite at every job, taking full responsibility for satisfying his customers. He and his assistant were careful and attentive, and made helpful recommendations and accommodated all my requests. My house is badly overdue for a paint job, and they were careful not to use too much pressure, so as not to peel off any the aging paint.

I can not say enough great things about this company and will honestly never use anyone else for pressure cleaning. From the first courteous phone call to the exceptional job done, this was an easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. Pricing is incredibly reasonable and the quality of work went beyond my expectations. It is obvious that not only are they very, very knowledgeable about what they are doing, but are also extremely conscientious and take great pride in their work. I wish I could find professionals half as wonderful to work with for other things around my house. Everything looks gorgeous! Do not hesitate to hire!

Dave is great. I have a number of properties and use Dave to clean all of them. Since I'm out of state I need someone I can trust. Dave is reliable and his work has completely transformed many of the homes I own. I've used him for many years now and know i will do so for years to come. Very prompt. Roof and driveway were done well except the gutters which were packed with leaves were not cleared. This possibility wasn't mentioned before the job. Dave explained afterward that it was too difficult for his company to clean gutters while cleaning the roof. This was a surprise; I wish I had been told. Now I have to get someone else in to clean the gutters. Poor communication about this specific issue. I'd have rated A across the board if I had just been warned.

"I’m curious as to why you waited almost a year to write this review and say we didn’t do something we were supposed to do when after pulling last years invoices from August 2018 your invoice says nothing about gutter cleaning as it wasn’t being paid for or even discussed ... as a courtesy if we see debris in gutters we will pull out what we can ... if you wanted to pay for the service then it would have been done ..."

Dave's Pressure Cleaning gets an "A" from me. It's important to emphasize that the work that was done was really great and I was fully satisfied with it. The roof looks brand new! My only issue was the following: My initial call to Dave's was promptly returned, and Dave explained that he was on a job site and would call me back in the late afternoon to get further details and give me a price quote. Well, he never called me back. About a week or so later, I called him again to give him one more shot, as he has a pretty good rating on Angieslist. Once again, he promptly returned my call, and sincerely apologized for somehow erasing my phone number from his cell phone and having no way to call me back again the first time I contacted him. I still don't quite get how that might have happened, but in the end, it was all good. He gave me a quote, arrived when he said he would, and did a great job.

Went great. Super communications, arrived right on time (Tuesday, 11am, April 2), applied light chemicals and pressure washed area. Two person crew. Was done in under an hour and a half and everything looks great
