EXCELLENT! The old shingles were removed and new shingles installed. The roof extension looks good and blends with the existing roof line. They were very neat and orderly in removing the old shingles and cleaning up.. All three were very easy to talk with and answer questions. The work took 5 days to complete instead of the 3 day estimate. It looks great.

Removed existing shingles (two layers) from house and garage. <br /> Inspected all wood decking. Ended up doing some minor decking repair at no extra charge. <br /> Installed 6' of ice guard from gutter board on house, 4-1/2' of ice guard on the garage, 3' of ice guard in valley areas. <br /> Installed a synthetic roofing underlayment. <br /> Installed new valleys, soil stack covers, chimney flashings, and drip edge on all rake edges. <br /> Installed a design-type shingle. <br /> Installed a ridge vent along main ridge lines of both lower roof ridges on house and garage. <br /> Replaced existing power roof fan on area above bedrooms with a new unit. <br /> Cleaned up and hauled away all scrap. <br /> Once Dave and his crew started working on my house, they stuck with it until it was done. They did not have any other projects going on at the same time to my knowledge. My house was their focus. <br /> The cleanup was especially exemplary. When they finished, you could not tell that anybody had even been there except for the beautiful new roof! So far, I have found ONE nail and that one had become lodged between two boards on my back deck. The driveway was absolutely free of nails from the beginning of the project until completion. <br /> I also would like to mention that communication was superb! I was notified of what was going on every step of the way and all of my questions were answered promptly. <br /> After the job was finished, I found a small split in a section of downspout. I called Dave to see if he could recommend anyone whom I could call to get this repair done. Dave didn't hesitate: he offered to come over and take care of it himself even though the problem was not in any way caused by him or his crew. <br /> Dave is a straight shooter. He tells you what he's going to do and then he does it. <br /> HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! <br /> <br /> <br />

Dave stopped by for to give an estimate and after giving him the go ahead he finished the work promptly about an hour. 

We've used him 2 or 3 times for various things. We used him last year and this year. He is friendly and seems fair. The work he has done has been satisfactory. He shows up and returns your calls. He is very professional in giving estimates and sending bills. He runs a good business.

Dave and crew rebuild a damaged flat roof overhang. In the meantime, two new windows were on order. Turns out the flat roof continued to leak, and Dave was very responsive to get it fixed right. When he installed the new windows, he capped that section of roof with another piece of material. One of the old windows was more difficult to remove than expected but that didn't phase Dave. He took the time to do the job right. His attention to detail on the outside trim really made the windows look like they belong.

They called me back in a few days and let me know that they weren't doing that work at this time. I appreciated them calling me back.

We were very satisfied, and the owner was out on the roof with the crew. They were very professional and prompt.
